Shout out to Zaine who really went above and beyond for me yesterday. They made sure I had everything I needed and helped me get registered with rewards so I could get the sale price. Thank you, I was having a rough day and Zaire’s kindness really helped lift my spirits. Stay well Zaine!

They will always check to see if they have more if they are out of something on the shelves. The employees are quick to help and very good at helping you find what you need quickly.

The staff was nice but buying baby formula here is ridiculous. You have to wait for someone to open the box and get it out for you. Then the worker walked it up to the front counter for me to pay. It's a little sad that they don't trust their customers that much. I'll be buying my formula elsewhere that actually trusts their customers enough to hand them the product they want. Really sad honestly.

Love the staff. Without them I would give a 1. The phone service is extremely annoying and hearing that the staff will answer my call shortly every 30 seconds just makes wait time seem longer. Right now I would say it's the worst thing about Walgreens and also worse than any other store I've called. Plus after waiting for what seemed like 20 minutes, which may in reality have been shorter. When my call was finally answered it disconnected. I'm not calling back today. 3rd complaint I called in a prescription on Oct 8th that needed to be transferred from my old pharmacy. It took Walgreens a week to get back to me to let me know it was out of stock. Knowing how important medication can be made this unacceptacle. No other pharmacy has made me wait a week to find out

I would be fired if I were this shoddy! The management is gruff and surly and make no attempt to cover their dislike of you. I bought gift cards for an elderly relative who died over Xmas and so I went in to use them to buy an expensive electronic cigarette, something I wouldn't normally do, but since I had already spent the money on the card, I thought, why not? I got the thing home and it wouldn't work, and I don't blame the STORE for that, but I would expect them to take a prompt return, which they did AS STORE CREDIT, so now, the money that I laid down in CASH is now only good for things on STORE CREDIT, which means no drugs, no alcohol and no cigs (that's as far as I know, there could be more exceptions)... so because THEY Had a defective item, now I have to spend 50+ dollars on WHAT? SHAMPOO... but not the medicated shampoo?? never again... never shop there, never set foot in there... This review list is BLASTED with bad ratings, yet their rating still seems unphased... Someone high up on the ladder should be fired for this. It's all bad. High prices, bad service, no exceptions... "we're not paid enough to care or ever pretend we aren't irritated by you. "
