AT&T Store

Yesterday my Boyfriend and I were looking into switching phones companies. William and Ryan worked incredibly hard to be able to help us switch! We were able to trade in our old phones and that helped out! They were very patient and nice while helping us!! Will definitely be recommending your Collinsville location to my friends and family! I recently traded in my iPhone 11 (i know very outdated) for the 15 promax. I had the pleasure of working with Jazzy and she made the entire process stress free! She answered all my questions and explained everything to me so i knew EXACTLY what i was doing and why we were doing certain things! Loved her energy!!!! Thank you again girl!

Came in after several attempts over the phone with customer support, Manny the assistant manager had me fixed up in a matter of seconds. Highly recommended the collinsville store and furthermore Manny if he's available!

I was at AT&T today and Jay and Jazlynn were amazing. Have been at this AT&T and Collinsville many many times, and never been satisfied. Always I had to go to Edwardsville. but I was in a hurry, so I took a chance and boy am I glad I did. AT&T, you have done a great job of getting rid of the bad apples and Collinsville, and putting in a great team these two have helped me beyond belief. Offered to go the extra mile if I have any questions to come back, I am just so impressed. I cannot tell you feel free to get in touch with me anytime. I’ll be glad to tell you more about these. I came in & got service on a watch from Jazlyn, the transaction with smooth.. my watch was fine, then i get home & the service is acting up.. then i remember Jazlyn had gave me her number if i had any questions or concerns.. text her, she say i can come in the next day & she assisted me with no problem, probably took abt 45 minutes but she got it done. very satisfied & i know who to call

I came in this morning to switch phone companies. Jazlyn was extremely helpful and even helped me get a first responder discount I had no idea I could get. Will definitely come back to this location for any of my needs or concerns in the future.

Recently bought a new iPhone 14 Pro Max and within 11 days it stopped working. Went into AT&T and talked to Taylor, Dre, Austin, and other lady I didn’t catch her name but they tried everything to fix my phone. After being on the phone with Apple for over an hour and Best Buy did not help us, the manager Austin replaced my phone even though he wasn’t supposed to and they were just so amazing to me. I could not have asked for anyone better. They truly went above and beyond for me and I really appreciate it.

My fiance' got a new phone and we had Tony. He was exceptional in everything. He was so helpful, knowledgeable and such a nice person! If we ever need anything we will go back and see Tony.

I just want to thank Taylor sales associate and hero of the day. Being a truck driver a long way from home, and under very time constraints, she was able to get me hooked up with a new phone and get me going after my phone suffered a serious malfunction. She is very quick ,very friendly and understanding. Many thanks.

Came in to have my phone checked out. As usual, Josh was able to help me with my issues and point me in the right direction. I'm much more comfortable coming all the way to Collinsville even though I live less than a quarter mile from the Edwardsville store. Let me just tell you how AMAZING Caleb H at this store was! After my horrible experience with ATT Online, this store got me my phones and fix any speed bump we encountered. Caleb and Josh did an amazing job at this store and I hope Corporate sees this and give them a raise or a bonus! The store got busy while there and all the reps did great keeping up and helping everyone that walked in! I highly recommend this store! Never deal with call reps! If you have access to a store, go there first!

Best experience I had there by far!! Michael was a huge help and really nice! I honestly was expecting him to try and sell me every little thing he could but not at all, didn’t try to push it with anything and understood what I was wanting. Helped me with my upgrade and gave me tips to save money on my bill (which is a big plus for me!) everyone there was super nice and friendly.
