I'm not sure what's going on with the company, but my last payment was returned to me by the post office stating that the post office box was closed and there was no forwarding address. Called the toll free number and the direct number and both are not in service. Emailed the address that's listed on the website and it was returned as well. I'm not accustomed to having to search for people to pay them.

Update: So I continued to research because I really want this situation taken care of and I discovered an article today,12/20/17, from 12/6/17 that stated that the company closed without any notice due to a law suit. So I'm not sure how they are handling things now.

Phone number will only let you call twice if you push the wrong button it hangs up on you. It let me call back and of course pushed the wrong button again. Now it's saying that I am calling a number outside of my calling area. So I downloaded a app to try to see if something was up with my phone. Well the same thing happened.

My first time calling this place was today. I've gotten helped by several different people who had given me an alternate number to call but that number didnt work which is why I continued to call them. When I called for the 4th time a lady picked up & I dont know if she was the manager or not but she proceeded to tell me that I should try that number again because it should work even though I told her that the number says its out of service then she told me that her employers have helped me too many times today & that there is nothing else they can do for me. Then she gave me an alternate number after all of that & she was extremely rude & then she hung up on me. After she hung up I called atleast 10 more times & Steph the secretary kept picking up having to transfer me to several people who didnt pick up the phone for me. It was obviously because they were tired of "helping" me. Whole time I was calling them back to let them know what I had decided on doing about my situation. When someone finally returned my call she was constantly talking saying that there's nothing that they can do (wasn't letting me speak). In the end I finally got a chance to speak, but it took quite some time. Bad customer service. Would've put 0 stars but for some reason I cant go that low.

Wow...I thought I was the only one that was going through this. I have paid out thousands of dollars to these people just to have them to not answer there phone one day and it was out of service. I was threatened that if I didn't make a payment every month they would suspend my license immediately for non payment. I was making monthly payments due to an accident they allegedly said I was at fault for. Now how you just take people money and then all of a sudden just stop and don't let anybody know what happened and why? I have losted a lot of money to this company and from the looks of it, ALot of other people have too.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM COMPANY. My boyfriend got in a situation where this guy had hit his truck and begged him not to call the cops. My boyfriend did anyway and they came out and told him to file a report online. Since it didn't do much to his vehicle and a lot to the other guys, he decided to just forget about it. This company then calls him personally (not the insurance company) 5 months later demanding 4,000 in damages cause they "determined" it was his fault. They knew he had insurance and refused to go to his insurance company which is legally how it's supposed to be handled, never asked for a statement, never looked at his vehicle, AND ASKED HIM TO PAY BY CARD OVER THE PHONE.

Awful..just plain Awful..
