Awesome company and brilliant Technician, Tom is our favorite. Professional, friendly and never rips you off like others. Flexible appointments, great communication and quality service. You will never have to pay more than you should and the annual plan is very reasonable , especially for the exceptional service.

Shout out to Ron Magrini— you would have loved that our technician gave us an apple cake recipe, because he said it’s baking season! : )

I am so glad to have scheduled a call when my furnace went out. I was so worried that I would need a whole new system. Tom is super understanding, patient, and very knowledgeable. Was able to show me that it was just the moisture button that triggered the shut off and what to do if something like that ever happened again. Even looked into the furnace to make sure it ran smoothly after 2 months of no use. I usually don’t make reviews but I just had to for the wonderful service I have had.

For years I have received the best HVAC services. The technicians are skilled, friendly, and on time. Services are fairly priced and trustworthy. I will continue using this top-notch provider. I highly recommend to you.

Anna was on time. Did an excellent job! She explained why the part needed be replace. She stated that the part could last the season or it could last a week. She stated that I should give 24 Hour Home Comfort a call when I decided to have the part replaced. There was no pressure to have the repair completed immediately.

I have been using 24 HR Home Comfort Services for many years. They are accommodating and flexible and have assisted with many decisions over the years. The technician today was excellent snd gave me suggestions on how to remedy an issue during the winter.

Tom was timely, efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant. He went above and beyond to make sure all was well. He even discovered wasp nets in my vents outdoors and took pictures so I could have them cleaned before any blockage occurred

The Home Comfort Advisor who I met with, Dave, was personable, professional, knowledgeable and a great person to deal with and he answered my questions and put together a plan that best suited me. The installers who came to install the new furnace and A/C, Duane and his young associate, were also professional, knowledgeable, personable and took care when installing the units. Ryan replaced our old thermostat, even came a few minutes early and was done within such a short period of time. AND he showed me how to replace my furnace filter (just because he was so helpful). Price was great, service excellent, and he even wore booties in my home to not track things up. Thank you for a speedy, great job and great customer service!
