Airgas Store

I know they're probably not too happy to be helping with beverage regulators, but they did it!

Walked in with a tank that I thought wasn't dispensing CO2, walked out with the same tank and a new regulator. Not bad for a place that probably doesn't normally deal with know-nothing customers like me often.

Pretty lazy. Just told me they can’t fill up co2. Didn’t even give me where to go just wanted to get back to their conversation instead of helping a customer. Won’t go there again.

walked in and stood in front of data clerk at SAP terminal for 10 minutes before he made eye contact. when he finally did, it was as if to say "oh darn, you are a customer and will ask me to help you, I wish you'd just go away".

folks, go to crystal lake to buy donuts and birkenstocks. Go to elgin to buy welding supplies. when it was Rockford welding supply it was great, now it's all data entry clerks looking for pokamon or something in their cloud. they don't like customers at this store. I'll never go back.

Googled "CO2 refill Elgin, IL" and their business was the first to come up. Guy behind the counter tells me they don't do co2 refills and can't tell me where to get one.

Airgas on virgina was the best service, parts, everything. Now they moved to nimco dr, new people, very slow service, ( 30 mins to pickup 2 items) the people at counter don't know anything, Wanted new good quality tank guages, they gave me the wrong guages, called them they didnt know what I was talking about, then gave me adapter to make it work. What happen to getting the right product the first time. I wish there was a another welding store around, I would go there instead.......

Didn't even bother to come in. The person I had the pleasure of speaking to was rather rude.
