I have been going here for around 4 years and I love this place, everyone iv met has been nothing but nice they work with you the doctors are the nicest and make sure you meds work or they find something that does, I would recommend this place

I was sent here by the hospital that I was admitted to for a week...... I tried to make an appointment with MY THERAPIST over the phone and couldn't.....so I tried to make an appointment with MY THERAPIST in person when I saw the psychiatrist.... but couldn't. I never did meet a therapist here even though one was assigned to me...... not sure why they claim to want to help anybody if they can't even..... MEET THE PATIENT! I was a "patient" here for about two months before I canceled services and suddenly my therapist contacts me claiming to have been trying to setup an appointment!?? That's a lie. I can only imagine what else they lie about..... ya know, because I WAS DENIED SERVICES ALTOGETHER. This place is as worthless as the people "running it."

Never use this place even if it's free, these people Jennifer and Caitlyn really don't care about patients needs. They don't listen and are just trying to bill your insurance. My spouses mental health got worst with their treatment. STAY AWAY THERE ARE BETTER OPTIONS! It gets worse, part 2 just found out my spouse got her refill here in Otsego right away. On point said they can only re-fill with their paid therapy services and was going to let my spouse withdrawal from very strong narcotics they prescribed that could of killed her! Point of the review is-On point only cares about your insurance provider and money!

“Crisis center”? My fiancé literally came in person asking for help due to a crisis (undiagnosed bipolar at the time), waited 2 weeks… called the receptionist to inquire on when she would hear back to start therapy… “oh, we are well within our timeline of the 2 weeks” then she finally met with one virtually, only to find out they only offer biweekly appointments?! This place is supposed to care for vulnerable populations in active crisis… she badly needs weekly care, not bi weekly. And she has already been made to feel like a burden by the receptionist. What is wrong with this place and the system… we have never felt so hopeless..

Definitely do not show up if actively suicidal and expecting to be assessed and have medication management, etc. I showed up suicidal, requesting to speak to a therapist, meds tweaked etc. per the website, this is a “crisis center”. The entire website is incredibly misleading, as reality is that you will meet with an LLMSW who will determine your eligibility for said services. Just beware that this is not a true crisis center - you will leave with an appt in a month where you will talk further, but still leave suicidal and even less hopeless than before, never knew that was possible. Onpoint needs to stop marketing their office as a “crisis center”. It’s really only a community resource to connect you to other services. Do not present here in a true crisis.

Terrible customer service, and unprofessional. They assigned me to a therapist that would literally leave me 3 months after my first appointment. The whole situation is just a mess and they have no regards of helping

Worst place ever! If you haven't been in jail or hospitalized they will NOT help because you don't meet their CRITERIA! Place is a joke! Suicidal 13yr old and cutting bad and they refuse to help! Won't even help refer you somewhere that will! No where for people to go until it's to late!

My experience with them has not been very professional
