Bought a used 2021 Toyota RAV4. It had a few scratches on the side that they buffed out for me. When I went to pick up my vehicle i noticed a screw in the wall of my passenger tire. Not only did they just patch it, they gave me four new tires and a free oil change. They went above and beyond to take care of the issue.

Bought a used Lincoln from this dealership. Salesman Rob Caro made the process seamless, relatively quick, easy and even had the vehicle delivered to me at no extra charge. Jake Shook is incredible and outstanding salesman. I’m blessed to get any vehicle from him. I’m always satisfied every time no matter what. This is true natures of blessings in life. Especially my Jeep Cherokee I have now. My Equinox’s were blessings by Jake Shook as well. 3 vehicles I’ve gotten through him. 2 I have lost which were the Equinox’s which was sad. But I am blessed to have the Jeep Cherokee in my new journey through my life. Blessings come to those who wait.

I’ll start with the sale. Our sales associate, Matt Harper is a freaking ROCKSTAR! Not only was he patient and informative he was kind and entertaining. I knew what I wanted, but wasn’t completely sold. He helped us make a decision without being pushy. The finance manager was equally as amazing as was the sales manager. Both super helpful and wanting to help us make the right choices.

Now a bit about after the sale…
The radio stopped working day 2 after leaving the lot. Day two happened to be Christmas.
The following week I text Matt about a paint fix we had planned (which the painter did an amazing job!) and explained the radio issue.
Not only did Matt help he was crazy courteous and again, kind.
When I needed a loaner, he’d have it warming up and the heated seat on.These small steps make such a huge difference. AND they fixed the radio ☺

Had a great purchase experience with Jacob Sweeney! Second vehicle purchased in 6 months with him. Both times no high pressure push and plenty of time to answer questions and several test drives. I would have to say out of all my car buying experiences this was the smoothest and most enjoyable. Jake Shook made everything very smooth for me and my wife. Never felt pressured was able to drive all the vehicles I wanted to test drive and even took one home for the weekend. My wife and I ended up buying a very nice Toyota Highlander Hybrid and are very happy with our purchase.
