The drive thru was fast, food was hot and delicious

New review because they have improved staffing! I got my salad quickly, exactly as I ordered it (South West Avocado with no bacon and jalapenos on the side), and the new employees were delightful. Drive through on my way to work. Of course everyone is cheerful their first week on the job anyplace, but currently would recommend this Wendy's as a solid place to grab a quick bite.

Went through the drive-through to quickly get food before dropping my son off at school. The lady that was working the window was AMAZING!! She was so nice and wow she was quick! She even asked to make sure we had everything before we drove off(which we did) she was on top of her game and then some! My new favorite Wendy!

I have to give the employees at this particular location a huge round of applause for the not only commendable but unforgettable customer service skills!! The pandemic definitely hit the food industry in many different ways and things have drastically changed over the past few years and i appreciate the friendly attitudes, smiles. Jokes, and always great quality food and service that I receive from your store!

My Girlfriend was here from Cali for a week and boy o boy this has got to be the freshest soft most tasty beef meat we have had overall eveeything was deliciousl. My Girl had a #3 & I had a #9. We went a second time before she flew back home

Always a friendly and helpful staff here. Food is always quickly served and they have a great selection.

My only complaint is that you can't escape the drive thru without running over a divider (who designed that?). The service and food are always great, whomever does the hiring does a great job.

Had another great lunch at the local Wendy's in Allegan . They are always quick and the food comes out correct. I even ordered in a silly way and the women who took my order paired my items into a meal to save me some money! Gotta love the good service we get here in allegan.

4 for 4 is a huge deal. Good food. Strawberries for kids meal fruit cup when in season. Touchscreen coke dispenser. Non sweet tea NOT behind counter. Seems like other locations have it only behind counter. Fast service for a Wendy's.

I'm always pleased getting Wendy's sometimes they can be busy but no matter what I always get my food in a reasonable amount of time

Very friendly and rapid service. Cheryl is always attentive to my difficult orders!!! Some gluten free grilled chicken "nuggets" would top me over.

Fastest fast food in allegan. They usually get your order right. The service is fast and attentive. Have not been disappointed like I have been almost every other surrounding fast food joint in town.

One of the better Wendy's I have been too. Very nice staff and food is well put together and tastes good. 10/10.

Sometimes it can take a minute to place your order but they are fast to deliver your food and it's always been fresh
