Amazing service at a reasonable price. They were able to help me make a duplicate key for a work vehicle and worked with me to make sure it worked! Can’t say enough good things about them!

I came in to buy a gas line for my edger. The length was too short. Its about 10 minutes until closing and I call. I tell him I have the money but I'll be running about 5 minutes after closing. The employee bought the gas line and set it outside for me. I don't know if it was so he could go but he put it in a nice package with a note so whatever the reason I get to do my job tonight because of his little act of kindness. Good job True Value. I forgot his name but he deserves a raise. Lol.

Andy's True Value hardware store has great prices and more inventory than I expected. This small town store always seems to have what we need, and they have the friendliest staff. They even order extra inventory and keep it on the shelf for us. Yes, I would highly recommend Andy's True Value store. They seem to take great pride in being a family-owned and operated store.

A great selection that makes it easy to find what you need. The staff and owners are all incredibly welcoming and helpful and they always seek to ensure that you are well taken care of. They also offer small engine repair as well as screen and window repair, all of which I have been happy to use them for. This is everything you want in a local hardware store.

I went in to pick up some red paint to freshen up my Dad's patio today. The person who help me was courteous, professional, and very efficient. The great thing about spending your money on a local business is that the personal touch and knowledge you never see in a big box store. I'll be looking forward to shopping there again. You should give them a try next time you're in town.

Very reasonably priced. The owners are genuinely the nicest people ever. They will point you in the right direction of whatever you need and believe me, they have pretty much anything you can think of or want/need. Absolutely love this store and everybody who works here.

Terrific selection of hardware. They always seem to have just what I need. The staff is especially helpful. I am always greeted at the door and taken directly to the aisle and helped with my hardware selections. Small town courtesy and service with big box store selection. And I never have to buy 12 pieces if I only need 3.
