I didn't catch her name, but the pharmacy tech I dealt with today was awesome. I had just come across the street from an appointment and wasn't even sure if they had processed my prescription yet. I just wanted to see what time I needed to come back but she went ahead and filled the prescription for me. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Definitely not used to that sort of customer care post-covid. Highly recommend 😊

Every single time I come into Rite Aid for my prescription, I am greeted by at least one employee.
Every single time I come in, there is an employee at the counter (or nearby), so I know I won't have to wait long if I make a purchase.
The prices for the goods are very much convenience store pricing, but Corporate establishes the pricing. In terms of the management of this location, they seem to be doing well maintaining a consistent standard for customer service.

I stop here every few weeks and each time I get great customer service! The pharmacy staff is kind and knowledgeable, as is the store staff. If you want to browse in a nice, clean, organized store, visit this one! Always a relaxing visit for me as I look for great deals and great service.

Everyone is always helpful and very nice. I had gotten some makeup didn't like I had no issues with returning it was quick easy and painless they were really nice about it. And I love their wellness reward program. I'm always saving money even without coupons.
