Aiden at the plainwell location is a very hard working guy! Very great customer service and he’s very respectful! He probably could use a raise!

I never knew French fries could taste so good! The chicken was excellent, and the gentleman at the register was very friendly and accommodating. If you get a chance to stop here I would definitely recommend them 🤤

Food is always hot and good. The people are nice. Wish the drive thru was quicker.

Best strip I've had in a long time. Biscuits was yummy but butter and honey would have made it better. The soda was mostly carbonated water.
But, the strips and coleslaw stole the show. Pleasant staff with being short staffed.

Went through the drive thru and got my food. My order was not completely right so I went inside. Crew was very courteous and professional and made my order right. Mistakes happen but it's how you learn and fix them. Thank you!

New manager went above and beyond! The trainee did an excellent job figuring out our (somewhat challenging) order. Very good service with a smile! And food was fresh and delicious!

I don't think they were properly staffed, things were very slow. But person behind the counter was very apologetic & with her upbeat personality it made it alot better

I came in to place an order to go, the cashier was very nice and I didn't have to wait long at all. The food was good and the order was correct which doesn't always happen with take out.

They have a BUFFET now! This KFC always has good chicken, and I had the buffet for the first time and it was excellent. There was chicken, corn, dessert, coleslaw, cottage cheese, and more. The $5 fill up box is a great deal!

This is my favorite fast food joint. The only issue is that they ran out of sauce, but it's just sauce. The food is warm and cozy.

By far the best service I have received at any type of restaurant. Brandi, the cashier, was so Friendly and nice and welcomed me with a warm smile and cheerful hello.

Food is always hot and yummy. Long drive from my house. But even when I get home. It's still hot enough that I don't have to warm it up.

Fast and friendly service , food was excellent . Great sized portions for the price .
