I recently had the pleasure of dining at our local Arby's, and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. Located conveniently in the heart of our town, this Arby's has consistently delivered on flavor, service, and ambiance.

One of the nicer, if not the nicest Arby's iv been in Dan, was friendly and got us the best deal . The food was fresh and tasty, and the whole restaurant was clean, even the restrooms

I have to say with this as nearly all the RVs that I visited they truly live up to their motto. I can honestly say that I go into Arby's expecting a little longer of a wait than what I would get and a McDonald's or a Taco Bell and yet I'm always impressed by how fast they deliver my food they have been my choice for dinner for a while but this particular Arby's will always hold a place in my heart not only are they fast but the food comes out looking almost as good as it does in the advertisements swear that's a rarity nowadays. Keep up the good work guys, we appreciate your customer service

The service at this particular established is top notch. I believe it to be due to the awesome job that the manager does. He goes above and beyond.

We had received orders without our sides several times, I called the manager and we ordered door dash tonight. Inside was a personal note and gift cards!! I’m so glad customer service still exists in this world we are living in! To say I’m impressed is an understatement!!!

Went into the plainwell location last night. The food was hot and fresh and made right the first time. The general manager is a top notch manager. He was very quick and friendly to great us when we enter. Told us of various options on the menu. Asked us about our feedback on options we have had. He treated his employees with respect and was very pleasant on our way out. Wish there were more people like him in customer service

They let us use multiple coupons in one order which is nice having a large family. I will come here more often now that I have had their steakhouse onion rings...they are amazing for being fast food. The sandwiches are enormous and very delicious. The best part is they have many healthy choices. The staff are friendly and the Lobby is clean.

The fries were hot and great! Food was perfect. This has been the best arby's experience I've had! Honestly I was just driving thru the area and I'm disappointed I live 45 minutes away or it would definitely be my go-to Arby's location! I just had to make sure I gave them a good rating before taking off.

I went here as part of a school trip. We brought our money to pay. We got off the bus and the manager opened the door and held it open for this long line of eighth graders. We get to the counter to pay, and the cashiers and cooks are practicing wonderful team-work. The cashier who was servicing me was very polite (despite me being very indecisive). The manager made sure to ask everybody if the food was good (which it was). Great time.

The cashiers are quick, helpful, patient and courteous. The store us clean and The food is delicious. Definitely get the curly fries. I've ordered from this resturant several times and it's great. Thanks guys!

Best chicken sandwich I've ever had!!! I have a new favorite. Thanks for getting it right. It was hot and delivered with a smile by the manager last night. Also had loaded fries and a chocolate milkshake. I'm a big fan now and won't go anywhere else.

There's really a team here that wants to make a difference! How hospitible they all were! We joked, got our food quick, bread was the freshest I've ever had at an Arby's. Just wow guys. Good job. Thank you for proving there's still customer appreciation in the world!!

I don't know if it's like this every day, but this was literally the fastest drive-thru I've ever been to. Almost too fast. And the food was hot and fresh. Incredible!

We are pulling a trailer but they don’t allow a trailer to go through the drive through. I called to see if I could go into the lobby and explained about the trailer. They offered to come out to my vehicle and take my order. I call that great service! Thanks.
