The Annex - by Side Street Cafe

We stopped in here for dinner. The food was amazing!! The drinks were also incredible! The live band created a fun environment. The service was also outstanding. I cannot say enough good things about this place. We had an amazing night here! Highly recommend!

Our new favorite place in Bar Harbor! Somehow we missed this gem last year. It’s pretty much the only place to get really good live music. Only downfall is that they must stop at 10pm. All three nights we listened to live music and there were three brilliant woman working so incredibly hard yo keep up with the demands of this place. They were awesome! Good food too. Love this place and can’t wait to come back.

Service was very good. We sat at the bar and the bartender and waitress were always asking if we needed anything and served everything very quickly. Food was very good we were there Tuesday night and they had a live band, very cool!

Great place to visit in Bar Harbor, they have live music which sets such a great vibe! And I loved that they had a list of actual mocktails with alcohol free spirits!! My husband ordered a few of thier cocktails as well and they looked very impressive! Food was great and staff was wonderful!

Tucked away on the “side street” we got a table outside. Our bartender/server was so good with my kids,had good recommendations, and was attentive. Good gluten free options, tasty margarita and the kids liked their food. Good vibes, good service, and we’re lucky to go on a night with live music (great Neil Young covers among other good music). Perfect volume too. Definitely check it out!

Service was great! Food was really good, drinks were absolutely outstanding and the love music was done if the best I've ever heard!

Really enjoyed the unique drinks and atmosphere. Our Bartender, Marina, was great. She made good recommendations, was attentive, and just a genuine and refreshing personality. The food from next door (crab cakes and a salmon salad) was great, too. Will definitely come back before leaving town!

Incredible drinks and food! This newly opened gem has some really delicious cocktails that Jasmine has created! The food is super fresh... we had the nachos with chicken salad and they were wonderful. Huge portions too. Great service, food came out promptly. Make sure to leave room for the chocolate fondue, strawberries, homemade marshmallows and more!

One of the best bars in Bar Harbor! Cocktails were delicious and staff was very friendly. Great environment. Not like the typical pubs in town.

My favorite new place in Bar Harbor! Such an awesome vibe with excellent decor. The food is so creative and delicious. My faves are the stuffed avocado and chocolate fondue. We had Lexi as our waitress and she is awesome!

Delicious food and live music made for such a fun night. The cocktails were amazing- so thoughtfully crafted and designed. Will definitely be returning when I’m back in Bar Harbor.

Absolutely loved this place. Went there for dinner and drinks two nights in a row on our vacation. Service was spectacular! Loved the atmosphere, food and drinks (especially the Watermelon Rose Sangria)! Definitely a must try if your in Bar Harbor!

Fantastic cocktail bar on the side of Side Street. They also serve all food from Side Street should you be hungry. Very interesting cocktails and knowledgeable bartenders are a great combination.

I would reccomend the Beet /Scotch drink!

Was here Sunday night and had a wonderful experience. I had a tremendous beer, Tubular by OBC, and some fried chicken with sweet potato fries. The service was prompt and courteous. It was a little expensive, but well worth the money. A perfect example of price and value meeting one another.

Fantastic cocktails and a great atmosphere. Came for the food and drink, stayed to sing along to the live music. Will be stopping by again!
