A very nice community. The staff at Avalon Norwood are the best and the property is well maintained. The price is very affordable too. When my microwave needed to be repaired, Qays Sapp replaced it fast. The maintenance staff is very outstanding also. Whenever a work order is needed, the maintenance crew is always on time.

Wonderful 😊 service I've been trying to get this washing machine fixed or replaced , also my microwave started acting crazy a not working "Q" the maintenance man went above an beyond to replace both today after having to have to deal with so much with both microwave and washing machine. Also John was very awesome great attitude an a big help as well thank u guys for 10 star service I'm finally 😁 happy. An really appreciated it especially with 3 flights of steps. Happy holidays

I recently had a few items in my townhouse replace by one of the best maintenance man that this property has ever had. Q is very very knowledgeable about his work. His very clean with his work. You never have to question if it was done efficiently.

I have been living here for 5 months and have been more than impressed at the professionalism I have experienced. Each time I have had a maintenance request, the very next day, if not sooner, the problem was resolved. Qays takes care of everything asap. He always gets back to me, always has a plan, and is the nicest, most thorough, kind man I know. Thanks to Qays and his guys, I already signed up for another year here. It’s very comforting knowing that if we have a problem, it will be fixed soon after. Thank you to Qays for his promptness..very much appreciated.

The loft model is fantastic. Newly built. Fair price. Maria from the leasing office is very nice. They respond quickly to your needs and take care of you. Chuck and the team at Avalon Norwood have been absolutely amazing throughout the rental application, move, and settling in process! I truly can't say enough about how wonderful they are. Superb, above and beyond customer service, attention to detail, and prompt, efficient problem solving (if ever needed). It's a significant comfort to know that there are genuinely compassionate and qualified staff providing their best support to residents. ...AND, this is all in addition to the clean, beautiful, spacious, energy efficient, modern living spaces and over the top amenities (...pool?! Grills?! Doggy Spa wash station....what?).

The place is beautiful and Tina has been excellent. Tina is very attentive and polite we look forward to being part of Avalon community….. I stayed for a year and I left because I needed a smaller apt now I’m on the waiting list for a one bedroom I can’t wait to rent from Avalon again. Chuck and Tina are amazing

Avalon Norwood is a beautiful community. Location is very calm and convenient, close to the train station. Leasing staffs are very kind, friendly, and helpful. They go above and beyond to help residents. Thanks to Chuck for helping us since the beginning and making the move-in process smooth for us. He is very professional with amazing people skills. Shout out to Teresa and Nora as well. The community is new, clean and well maintained, with all upgraded amenities. Mail and package pickup system, trash disposal are all very efficient and updated. Maintenance staffs are very professional and requests are handled within a day or two. The apartment is nice and spacious. So far, the experience has been very positive. Looking forward to enjoying my stay here :)

Qays from from maintenance was very nice and able to fix all of my requests in a timely manner. I just put in the request this morning and he came early afternoon which was quick. I never really have to put in requests but very happy with the time that they respond when I do.

Very happy living at Avalon Norwood.. the Maintenance crew is outstanding. Big thank you to Tony Silva and Eric who respond to any request as fast as possible. Jose keeps the place immaculate..he is constantly scrubbing and washing everything..these men are friendly and excellent at their jobs.

I've lived here for almost a year and the management (Maria and Chuck) has been great, especially Brian Min (big shout out to Brian, thank you for your help!!). Very nice and helpful people and very responsive. To me, this amazing management makes Avalon stand out from all the other apartment complexes!

Qays did a great job fixing the issue with my a/c heating system. Professional and friendly.

Current resident and very impressed with this property. We’ve live in NYC and Hawaii and to get a 5 star experience in Norwood, MA has been such a delight. We worked remotely with Chuck to pick out our unit in 2019 and the process has been seamless from the start. We moved in in Feb 2020 and then the pandemic hit. This has been a perfect place to comfortably navigate the unique situation and the team has been gracious through every milestone. We highly recommend Norwood Avalon to friends and family every time they ask us how it is being back in MA after 10 years away. Way to go Team Avalon Norwood! Thank you for everything that you do.

My boyfriend and I moved in just last month and are already loving it here! The move-in process was easy and we've had no issues at all since moving in. The building is great with thick walls so we can't hear neighbors at all, and the maintenance team keeps the property super clean. 5 stars from us!

Chuck is an amazing person! He was super professional and right to the point. We leased an amazing apartment just in 10 min. Thank you Chuck and all of the Avalon management team. Moving from the busy and noisy neighborhood of Allston. The team here has made our transition into the community seamless and worthwhile. We have been loving our decision to move to Avalon Norwood being able to appreciate the thought and consideration taken into the planning of amenities, living spaces, and ease of access. The community is peaceful with so much to offer in just a walking distance into town and the commuter rail T-stop into the city. There is a refreshing sense of serenity and security need for us as active and working professionals. Would recommend in a heartbeat!

Loved living here. Beautiful apartment unit in a nice, clean building. Great location in a nice, quiet, safe area. Super convenient to train station. My dog loved it too, we are sad to leave. Never disturbed by noise from neighbors or the train. Leasing staff was kind and always responsive.
