Nice professional oil change shop that does good work. Employees are nice and welcoming, explaining the situation with fair prices. In a good, well lit, clean, safe area. All you can ask for. Moe takes care of you.

I now live 25 minutes away but will always come here for my car needs. They do efficient and reasonably priced oil changes but Moe is the best mechanic- a super nice person and always straight up about what does or doesn’t need to be done. As a young woman who doesn’t know much about cars I’m often intimidated by auto shops but Moe always makes sure to explain the problems/fixes and give a fair cost estimate. He even reattached my skid plate for free, that kind of customer service is why I will always come back!

REMEDIED ISSUE, NOW A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE. I had my oil changed on a Saturday afternoon — the usual quick and friendly service. But Sunday when I turned on the engine, I noticed a steady stream of oil pouring out from beneath my car and all over my driveway ☹. Not good. No longer having a useable car and unable to do anything until they opened Monday morning, I was very frustrated. I know accidents happen, but I internally thought about how I’d never return here for future oil changes.

However, I called first thing Monday morning and they went WAY above and beyond to remedy the issue (something wrong/defect with the oil filter). Mo specifically was EXTREMELY apologetic for the issue, and within an hour they came to my home to look at the vehicle, deemed it safe enough to quickly drive to the shop to fix, and returned the vehicle along with a refund for the oil change AND scheduled someone to power wash/scrub the oil off my driveway (which was done in the same day).

Their above-and-beyond customer service and pleasant demeanor when I had the issue (which could have happened anywhere) will have me returning to this location for all future oil changes. I know as a customer I am appreciated and well taken care of.

Went for an oil change on a Saturday morning. One bay was open, no waiting. I was flagged in immediately and properly directed for service. The technician/attendant was prompt and efficient. There was no upsell and no theatrics (spare me). I was out quickly but the team seemed to do a thorough job. I wish more services were like this. Unless things change for the worse, this is where I'll be going for oil changes and minor repairs.

Received fast service and reasonably priced. The workers were polite, professional, offered what I needed, and didn’t pressure to get any unwanted add ons. Will be back.

Love them. I've been coming here ever since I've gotten my 1st official car oil changes, they have always been kind and respectful. It's a very comfortable experience because a lot of times when I used to go with my grandmother for oil changes, it always took all day, and the attitude of the staff of the places that my grandmother went to for her oil changes was kind of off-putting. These guys are very kind and respectful, and just have good energy that just makes you feel comfortable with using their services from their business.

Also, it's a top tier oil change having so many options from full synthetic, to high mileage, to regular, to a synthetic blend. And the prices are very reasonable. Changes literally take no more than 10 minutes. I remember the first time I came, I was sitting in the car on my phone, and the next thing I knew, they were saying they were done. I was so flabbergasted; it was almost like an auto body experience because I could not believe that they had gotten done so quick when I was used to being oil change establishments with my grandmother for hours. I stay miles away, and literally always travel here instead of places right next door, just to get my oil change from them; that's how great their services are. I definitely highly recommend this place.

I had to get my turn signal light bulb replaced(passenger side). Went to Valvoline on 9 Mile and Coolidge after work yesterday at 4:30. Line wasn't moving, so I traveled up the street to this establishment. No cars were in the bay ahead of me and I pulled right in. Paid only $15 for the new bulb and was out in 15 minutes. Highly recommend this establishment for minor repairs such as this.

This business is run by some great people. They’re efficient, professional, polite and don’t constantly try to upswell you on everything, which is one of the more daunting experiences at an oil change shop. I highly recommend this place.

This place has made a returning customer out of me. The staff is friendly and quick, and the prices are reasonable. The 10 minute oil change guarantee is so accurate. I was in and out of there and back home in no time. Thank you for the excellent service!

Amazingly fast. Very friendly and reasonable price. The dealership couldn't schedule me. The next slot was 2 weeks out. Including the drive, these guys had it done in less than a half hour.

My daughter received courteous and professional service. Her service attendant took her step by step on investigating her leak, the resolution and the cost. They were very reasonable. They were clean and very organized. She was very satisfied.

I was traveling and it was 100+ outside my Air conditioner failed. I had an elderly passenger and a dog the employees went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and fixed the air enough so I could get home A+ service highly recommend them

Remind you I do not leave reviews on anything but I knew I had to let everyone know about my service today. My normal oil change place closed down unfortunately not to long ago so I chose to come to Pennzoil off a closed friends recommendation. Pull right up and got me in within 2 minutes if that. Charles came up and helped me out, really cool and funny guy. Great guy to have help me out and lucky to have him around here. They don’t try to sell you on anything they ask you what you want and you get that exactly. Great guys, great service. Give them your business.

Quick and friendly service and reasonably priced!

I love this place, yes, it’s close to my home, but I would go here even it it wasn’t. These guys are so professional, they never try to up sell or push services you don’t need like so many other oil change places do. They do the job, they do it right, and they do it for a fair price. You can’t go wrong here. I’ve been coming here for years, it’s the only place I’ll go for my oil changes.

Moe is really great. He moves fast but still cares about every customer. I always feel comfortable coming here because even his guys are all very respectful and don’t overcharge for anything.

I have been here twice and both times I was helped by Moses and the team. The gentlemen are so kind and polite and always do a little extra everytime I come through. I would highly recommend coming here for a quick and friendly oil change!
