Always great customer service! They make sure to keep the store clean and speak to everybody who walks in. My only complaint is their drink prices are slightly higher than most stores. other than that they cool as hell in there

If you're in the area don't go anywhere else absolutely incredible service. This is a second generation liquor store with incredible quality of service. Amazing people you want to stop by and see...kind of like you're going to a hardware store and you know all your friends. Keep it up with the good organic experiences.

Great little store with a huge selection. Been there many times before but had my puppy with me today and ended up talking to the owner (?) for quite a while. Everyone has always been super friendly every time I've been in.

Great group of guys working here. I can walk in there in a bad mood and I always leave there laughing and smiling!! They are always so nice and they even special order my Ben and Jerry's vanilla Carmel fudge ice cream for me. I don't drink but I can see they have every kind of liquor ever made. Love this place!

I love this place. It’s the only store I go to in Berkley. There are other that are closer but I go here because they’re friendly and helpful. They appreciate their customers. They’re well stocked with everything you could want and their prices are pretty good.

I was looking for some beer that isn't very common stateside, and the owner tracked it down and ordered a case in! That kinda service goes a long way!

Definitely a great place to stop by for drinks. Yesterday was my first time stopping by Franks and was surprised by their selection. A gentleman named Jason was behind the counter who assisted me and was beyond helpful with any questions I had regarding their selection and availability.

Went into Frank's Liquor to try and find a bottle of Bookers. He didn't have one in stock (though it seemed like he had everything else!) He called to another store on my way home and arranged for me to pick up a bottle there. Outstanding service. I will be back.

Don't normally recommend liquor stores cause they're all pretty similar but this place was awesome! Staff is super friendly and nice. They will order in anything you want but they don't have whether it's wine liquor or beer. A couple different locations I've only been to this one but it was a great experience. Will definitely be back.
