Audubon Easterly

Absolutely LOVE this place. I'm a current resident here and I must say.. Audubon has been the best decision I made when I moved to Massachusetts! I've been living here around 2 years now and my parents/friends and family have been nothing but amazed by the safety, upkeep and maintenance of this place. The staff here is beyond amazing. They've helped me during times I have either forgotten/lost my keys at odd hours and have swiftly picked on maintenance tickets to repair plumbing or door battery replacements when needed. I feel very safe here. The garbage disposal is well located at the back in a sanitized way and the dog park is well lit, with a little tub of dog toys, water supply and waste disposal. A big shout out to Kristine and her team !! Peter retired but he was great at managing the place too. I've recommended a lot of my friends and colleagues to this beautiful abode.

This is the best managed apartment that I have ever lived in. The location of the apartment is in a single family home residential area so it's very quiet. Landscape has been well taken care of. There was a crew clearing out snow on the road and the parking lot late into the night during snow storms. Overall cleanliness of the hallway and the common space is very good. Maintenance requests are usually being taking care of within the next day. Kristine and Peter have done a fantastic job at managing this apartment complex!

We moved to Audubon from San Antonio Texas last year. Our move was very short notice and one of those opportunities you just can’t let go. Since the first time we contacted them, they have been very attentive and responsive. We have to say the grounds are very well maintained, i like that 90% of the residents pick up after their pets, the dog park is extremely big. Everyone here is very attentive and it has a sense of community in some way. I know were renting but its nice to have that. We only had one manteinance issue and it was fixed properly. Snow removal has A+. They have been extremely diligent with it, especially with the last winter storm were we had around 2 feet of snow. I haven’t had any problems with packages as they have a mailing room. Elevator has been only out of use one time in 6 months for a few hours. Ill just recommend to clean a little bit more up the stairs and be more strict about leashed dogs. Some tenants don’t leash their dogs and as a reactive dog owner that concerns me a lot. We haven’t been on any situation thanks to god. Everything else is properly managed. Well be leaving because we need a 2b/2b and here those are expensive.

My wife and I moved to the Audubon Easterly in July and we absolutely love it here! The community is very quiet and landscaping is meticulous. The complex is very modern and floor plans are spacious. We were welcomed by Kristine who is beyond nice and made us feel right at home. Peter, head of maintenance, knows the area and can give you a wealth of knowledge and responds promptly if you have a question about anything. Highly recommend!

I moved here at the end of May and could not be happier with the apartment. It's modern and comfortable. The neighbors are very friendly - you definitely feel part of the community. I enjoy the tenant amenities - especially the pool, clubroom and the barbecue areas. All of my maintenance requests have been handled quickly and professionally and I plan to stay here for many years to come!

You would be hard pressed to find a better place to call home. All aspects of leasing with Aurora and her team is incredible. The grounds and interior maintenance is ongoing and looks and smells good. The color scheme is pleasant and adds to the beauty of the counter and appliances. The apartments are spacious and bathrooms generous as well. Rick and his team are incredible and so prompt. He is not only efficient, but knowledgeable as well. He has patience and always willing to make you happy. A great guy and an asset to Alta Easterly.

Well I feel like I just moved into an upscale hotel 🏨. I moved here from another apartment after many years. I can’t list all the amazing things Alta Easterly offers. It started with the fabulous Aurora who showed me the stunning apartments. As excited as I was about how beautiful they were, she showed me all the outstanding amenities they have to offers. They have so much more than you can see on line. I have done nothing but brag about Cricket Lane. You have to come and see it for yourself. Thank you Aurora and all the friendly people that work here. Also, all the tenants are so nice. Always say hello or wave. Not common these days. I could go on but take my word for it. This is an outstanding place to live. Barbara

We moved in to the complex in the middle of June, which is a not-so-common time of year (opposed to normal sept 1 move in dates), so we were very excited they had availability. Mike was extremely helpful in getting us set up at our new place, as we were in a bit of a rush trying to find housing.
We LOVE our apartment. Spacious and enough room for our pup too. He is loving the dog park they have in the complex, and the community garden is an excellent addition.

There is a wonderful range of residents in the Alta Easterly community. Friendly living for all, from singles and couples- old and young- to families and more! Management has worked hard to create a welcoming environment for everyone in the community, and continues to show care through the many get-togethers and welcoming events they host and reminders they share with the community. As a first time leaser, I could not be more pleased with the entire process of leasing and moving in. Any and all questions and concerns were taken seriously and continue to be taken seriously! Overall, staff, maintenance, amenities, and the Alta Easterly community are all amazing!

My husband and I just moved in a couple weeks ago. Aurora and Mike are great leasing agents, the process was easy and fast they are prompt to answer emails and help with everything. Aurora gave us the tour when we came just to “look at”, it was love at the first sight, half hour later I couldn’t imagine that we where filling paperwork to move in!!! All the amenities are brand new and modern. Everything smells clean as an high end hotel! I have a large dog and took me a while to find the perfect place to live. Neighbors super friendly and extremely polite! I was concerned about the price, but worth every $. I’m very happy with my new home! If I could I would give 10 stars!

This place is an ideal one to live. Community is well maintained and crafted. There is no totlot but a good size dog park is present with seasonal pool with lifeguard, fitness center, 2 BBQ areas and clubroom. The clubroom is good for any occasion and can be booked for the day. The leasing office people are real help. There is also a community garden/nursery where you can plant your own sapling. Apartments are nice but some of them are devoid of patio/balcony. The apartment complex has ample open parking spaces and few assigned garage with separate charges. And last but the least this community comes under great school district of Walpole, MA.

I was looking for a short term rental for about a week. Kristine and Peter went above and beyond in answering all of our questions and concerns. They returned every call within minutes! On top of the great service they have been so kind and professional. So many places I called before them never even returned my calls!!! They have made the process so easy and I could not be more pleased with their service. They got me a great apartment the same day I inquired!!! Amazing service and staff here!

Moved here at the the beginning of the pandemic and was so nervous about the process going smoothly. However, our time at Audubon Easterly has been absolutely incredible. From the great community amenities (gym which has 2 Peloton bikes, expansive pool area, numerous grilling stations, and a dog park) to the great repair team (comes within minutes to hours of your request to help with anything you may need), this complex is wonderful. Whenever we have visitors, they comment that we live at a HOTEL! Also important to mention, we never hear our neighbors as the units are well insulated from each other. However, my only complaint is that the units themselves don’t have great sound insulation from one bedroom to another. Overall, LOVE this place.

Alta Easterly is such a pleasant place in all aspects!! We've been here 5 months and it makes me smile every time I drive down the entrance driveway and see the beautiful campus and appreciate how nice of a community they have built here. Very friendly staff and neighbors, very welcoming and quiet area surrounded by woods. The clubhouse area is perfect for getting some work done on a laptop on their the complementary wifi and coffee, while watching the dogs playing in the park :) thank you dog neighbors!

Alta Easterly is a hidden gem! I was looking for a place near Boston but in a quiet neighborhood. This is the perfect place to find that balance. The apartments here are gorgeous and worth every penny. If your looking for a luxurious type of apartment, this is the place for you. Our leasing agent Aurora was just amazing. She was is highly professional and friendly. I highly reccomend Alta Easterly

The grounds, apartments and common areas are all beautiful. We loved the pool and outdoor areas, as well as the gorgeous club house and gym. Aurora went above and beyond in helping us find our new apartment. We can’t wait to call Alta Easterly our new home.

Dealing with the staff was extremely easy and they were extremely helpful. Rhonda and Aurora are very knowledgeable out what they do and took into account every need that I spoke of. The community is great and everybody is polite and respectful. With the amenities that Also Easterly comes with everything; you don’t need to go far if you want to grill, enjoy a fire, go swimming, walk your dog, or even work out . Rick who is the head of maintenance always addresses any type of issue whether small or large in and expedient manner and never puts anything off. It’s a great community and a great place to live.

Amazing staff, immaculate and beautiful grounds. The salt water pool is gorgeous and the perfect temp! The design and furniture of the common spaces inside and outside are absolutely gorgeously done. There is even a community garden and they just had goat yoga for all residents in the courtyard!

We needed a place to live while we are working in the Boston area and we stumbled across Alta Easterly while out looking at apartments. We met with Aurora right at closing time one night. She was very patient with us and didn't rush us off. We came back the next day so we could see the place in the light.
We immediately decided this was the right place in a good location for us to use as our Boston part time home and base.
We have gotten to know Aurora, Rick, Mike and Evelyn over the months and know feel right at home.
The grounds are beautiful and the staff is top notch.

Thank you to the staff and residents at Alta for making our pet night a great success! I was at Alta recently to help the staff register pets for our PooPrints program which will help keep Alta pet friendly and free of un-scooped waste. I was amazed that when pet owners and their pets came down to the club house, they all stayed to hang out in the very modern and comfortable setting. I have worked at many pet nights over the past few years and this was a first to have pet owners and their pets stay for the duration. As residents talked about their excitement in living in a brand new community, their pets were also using the time to meet their new 4-legged neighbors while enjoying their gourmet treats provided by the Alta staff.
