Movo Studio

I have been going to movo studio for a couple of months. Prior to that, I had a really hard time settling into a gym after moving to duluth in 2020. I was really inconsistent with working out, but since I started going to movo, I have been able to go 2x at min no problem! Love the variety of classes and ease of signing up/canceling. Jess is really easy to communicate with and helps you figure out the best way to pay and is open to feedback. All the classes have been wonderful, great mix of weight training and yoga and barre to help increase balance and mobility. I already feel such a difference in how I carry myself and little improvements with each class. All the instructors are really welcoming and remember everyone's name to an impressive degree. Classes go by super fast and are always engaging and encouraging. The studio is beautiful. It is such a joy to be in an oldee building so lovingly modernized. Im so happy I finally have found a place to get my sweat on!

I’ve been attending Movo for years and I can’t recommend it enough! Jess and all the instructors at Movo are amazing — knowledgeable, welcoming, encouraging — and no matter where you are at in your fitness journey, you are welcome here.

I just had my first baby and Jess was so helpful with safe modifications throughout my pregnancy and now postpartum. Keeping my body moving made the biggest difference in my pregnancy and I’m so grateful to Movo for helping me do that.

Whether you’re in the best shape of your life or are just getting into a fitness routine, you will get a great workout here and leave feeling more empowered than when you walked in.

Love the space, love the instructors, love the classes. If you want to a solid cardio session that gets you toned and and centered all at the same time, this is the place to go. Jess and company are really great at making you feel welcome to the space and moving at your pace. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Great workouts, great atmosphere. Such welcoming, knowledgeable instructors with a wide range of classes. I've been to more than a dozen studios, in the area and across the country, and nothing beats Movo.

I can’t say enough positive things about the studio. The space is beautiful, well kept, and clean. The instructors are well trained to help guide you through a workout that can be modified to any fitness level. I always leave feeling accomplished and ready to tackle the next part of my day.

I absolutely LOVE this gym, they have a variety of classes at a variety of times. I am energized and excited to attend each class. The staff is warm, welcoming and really good at what they do! It's important for me to support women owned businesses and the owner of this studio is an amazing person that contributes so much goodness to our community! I HIGHLY recommend this place!!!!

I absolutely love Movo Studio! The energy, positivity, and warm atmosphere make it the best part of my day: whether you’re starting your morning with the sunrise peaking in through the foggy windows or winding down with a yoga sculpt class at the end of the day it is pure bliss.
