I bought my husband a patagonia coat online and the size was to big. Sometimes ordering online isn't the way to go. We didn't get the same color because they didn't have any but they had the size. The staff were all so friendly.

Love this place! They have an incredible selection of outdoor gear. I just purchased a really nice Patagonia down jacket and vest. The staff where extremely helpful and helped me select the items I wanted. They were helpful but never pressured me to buy anything. Also, if you join their rewards club you won't regret it! If you spend $500, they give you $50 in store credit! That's 10% cash back, which I think is really generous!

Awesome store inside Fitgers. Very helpful staff and quality products! Definitely a place to remember when I'm in town and looking for gear.

A clothing focused, well stocked store. Lots of socks, shoes and clothing for your hikes, runs, fishing or campfire relaxation.

We went in for a double sleeping pad, they didn’t have any in stock at the time but the staff were incredibly helpful and recommended other local stores.

Stuff was priced on par with other outfitters that I've been to around Portland, OR. The staff was very knowledgeable and patient and they had a shocking large inventory of things we needed for our trip! Loved the store!

Gorgeous store in a remodeled location. Variety is awesome. Has the main brands but some locals as well. A must shop.

Absolutely love this store. My husband and I make it a point to go every time we are in town. The only critique would be that I wish they would vamp up their women’s section a little bit more - can be a bit dated. It’s just not the same level as the men’s section. Other than that, the men’s section is great and the staff is super friendly.

If I could give higher than 5 stars I would. One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Chris and Ryan went out of their way to be helpful and make sure we were well informed about the products. They were incredibly knowledgeable and I really felt like they cared about helping us get the best outdoor experience possible. Highly recommend.

Impressive store for being tucked in a multipurpose building. We grabbed a tent, some hiking boots, fleece, trail pants, rain jacket, hats for the kids, and a wood ring.

They specialize in light weight and ultralight with plenty of packs, bags, hammocks, some tents, clothing, anything you need to backpack really.

Great store with a selection rivaling or bettering many large chain sports/outdoor outfitting stores. Prices ride along the retail side of things as usual for a downtown establishment, but nothing in here is unreasonable. Great source of Kuhl brand items, and overall a great place to shop while waiting for a seat to open in the restaurants nearby.

Great products and service. Staff are very approachable and friendly. Their sweet spot is hiking and backpacking, but they also dabble in trail and ultra-trail running. Good hours for such a retailer. They are open till 9 p.m. every day.

Good store to visit if you want the best gear. Employees were helpful. Store was rather expensive. Definitely not a place to go if you're looking to not pay double what an item is worth.

A great store for any outdoor enthusiasts. Their staff is very knowledgeable on their products and go the extra mile to get you what you're looking for. Trailfitters has a great selection of clothing for men and women and the best gear for camping that you can get in the Twin Ports.

Want to give a shout out to Trailfitters. I've been looking for hiking boots from a local business. I went to three different stores only to be told they either didn't have my size or had a limited selection. I called Trailfitters to find out they had anything my size. They assured me they did so I went there. When I got there they had pulled 5 different pairs of boots in a variety of brands. I was so excited, I didn't have to settle, I got the perfect pair and I love them. I took them for their first hike down by the lake - wore them right out of the store.

These guys are great. Helped me take my overnight first trip on the SHT with my son. Prices are a little high but I love to get local advice and help when I need it.
