very helpful, lady helped my friend pick out some shoes, was very kind and not pushy, and a guy stood and talked to me as i checked out decks about his skating experiences, very friendly staff

Liz helped me out yesterday as I went into zumiez just to look around. I wasn't looking for anything in specific but she helped me find a super cute/comfy pair of pants and a really nice quality button up shirt. I was able to trust her recommendations based on her own experience with owning the clothing. Liz really knew her stuff and I'm so pleased with my purchase! Everybody here is so friendly and welcoming! Would definitely recommend

Stopped in may 16th to pick up a complete before they closed. I just wanted to shout out to the guy who built the board and helped us find a skate park to ride at. I missed his name but he was a young Asian dude with his hair up. Thanks man we had fun skating Duluth.

So me and my preteen son we're shopping there on Sunday January 13th. My son is very particular about his shoes, and absolutely will not get any issues unless it's what he really wants. We had been in the mall for close to two hours stopping at every store that had shoes. Any other store they were not helpful at all or seemed as though they Hated their job and did not want to be there (like at champs). However the kid working at Zumiez that evening was extremely helpful! Him and my son were able to talk and he knew what my son was looming for and gave advice and looked on computer at options. Although we did not end up by eating there he pointed Us in the right direction to the store where we could. And if it wasn't for him we would never known to go over to Frontline to order the shoes he wanted from there. I missed the kids name but he was very nice, polite and helpful. The most help we had had the whole time we were shopping and we had been to 6 or more stores looking at shoes that day. I hope his manager/boss realizes how well he does at his job.

Everytime I go in there shopping. The staff are so helpful and patient. I show them pictures and they help me get what i need to buy quickly and efficiently. Great staff.

By far, they have the BEST customer service out of any store at the Miller Hill Mall! All the employees are always upbeat and they always greet you with a smile and are very helpful!
