Great staff! Always upbeat, and if you go often enough, they recognize you on sight and have your favorite ready by the time you're done paying. Food is great too, plenty of options. They even have wraps if you're into that. Highly recommended sandwich shop.

I order from this Jimmy John's several times a week for the last month. I work just down the street, but I can't get away very often so their delivery is fantastic! It must be a great place to work, because every time I go in or call, everyone in the store, on the phone, or delivering is always in a good mood and glad to take your order. Their sandwiches are always great, but I think everybody knows that already. I've never had anything but an excellent experience at this location. Thanks guys!

Always had great service at the Golden Valley location

Quick delivery and great customer service. We recently had a small error on one of our sandwiches and they made it right immediately. We love this location and appreciate having them so close!

Danny was really fast. Thank goodness he took my order because the last time I called, whoever answered the line said they don't deliver to my location (and I'm only 5 mins away from them).

When I called in, the very first thing I mentioned was that I live 5 mins away and my current delivery address. Danny checked the address I gave him, confirmed with me that I no longer was at the old address in their system, and told me they could indeed do the delivery.

As it turns out, when I previously called months ago, my old address was still in their system and the associate at the time just assumed that was the delivery address and said they wouldn't be able to do the delivery.

Aside from that particular incident from months ago, I've always got *fast*, friendly, courteuous service whether ordering my sandwich in store or over the phone.

I had not expected to enjoy the sandwiches here as much as I did. I'm s gastric bypass patient and usually have trouble with bread. There bread is so fresh and good, it gave me no issues at all. Great service as well. Might be a bad thing that it's so close to work :-)

I order from this Jimmy Johns a lot. They're fast fast. Today they accidentally delivered the wrong sandwich and my girlfriend was freaking out because she hates turkey. Anywaaaay, they were super awesome about it and came back with the correct sandwich and even two cookies! Woop woop!

Food was good. Made fast. The cashier, she was super friendly. Also cute. Music was a little loud but other then that it was a good experience

Fast service, delicious food and they take Apple pay and Android pay! Stores are always clean and upbeat as well.
