I was reminded of this today, so I wanted to note that maybe 6-12 months ago, I ordered delivery from this location via a secondary delivery service and the driver brought completely the wrong order. I called the location to see if they could correct the issue with the driver and the manager - who had actually already realized the issue - told me to keep the food that had been accidentally delivered and then drove me my remade order herself. Way above and beyond the call of duty and great service!

This is a superb sandwich shop in the heart of Uptown. The staff are consistently helpful when figuring out what to order. Highly recommended for a fantastic dining experience. I suggest a cup of soup paired with the tasty sandwich called "A Wreck."

The manager that was on duty tonight 12/17/21 @ 5pm was exceptional. I had an issue with an online order and he made it right in a snap and was super kind. A+ customer service turned my frustration into continued customer loyalty. I love this Potbelly store and eat here a few times a week. The employees are awesome! Great atmosphere and of course, absolutely delicious sandwiches. Don’t forget to try the hot peppers!

Potbelly's is better than Subway and you can't change my mind.
The quality of ingredients are always fresh and crisp, yum!

The employees here (as with every Potbelly's I have been to) are always upbeat and seem to truly work as a team.
Pricing is comparable to other Sub places but quality and size are better.

The best staff. I enjoy stopping there..always leave with a smile or laughing. Good price sandwich and soup 10 dollars. Consistently good. Andres..is hilarious. One time they ran out of orange fanta on the fountain...so he grabbed an orange crush from the fridge and put a piece of tape on it that said fanta as a joke. As a restaurant manager myself it is the little things that make spaces shine.the staff do that.

First time stopping by. The food is real good. I was a little lost so would have wish the interaction was a little more friendly. I had no clue what to order. Never had tried potbelly Sandwiches but overall reading the signs helped.

This place has the best sandwiches I've ever had. I used to work for Jimmy John's and I love their bread and sandwiches but this place has them beat so hard hahaha. They are incredible! And the staff is so nice!

I love the sandwiches here at Potbelly's. I had Mediterranean and tuna. It was my first time eating that and the lady was nice enough to give me a sample beforehand. I was a little bit confused about the setup at this location but they were extremely patient with directing me and explaining their menu items

Very friendly staff from ordering to paying... Just so happened they forgot to make my sandwich after ordering it. It was fairly busy at the time so a few minutes go by and they finally realize it as I'm standing there alone. They respond by quickly making the sandwich and then giving it to me complimentary!

Alex hooked me up! When I was really craving a milkshake after getting my wisdom teeth removed, I got my milkshake pronto and they tucked in a bonus cookie! I’ve had issues with delivery in the past, but great communication this time and no problems 😄

This was my first time at potbelly and it was a wonderful experience! I was helped by Courtney, and she made my first time at potbelly so pleasant. I was indecisive on what I wanted since I had never eaten here and she was very helpful and explained everything to me so well. I wasn't having the best day and she smiled at me and was so kind the entire time. I appreciate people like her who are patient with people like me! Good employees have a huge impact on customers! The facility was also very clean and appeared to be very well cared for. I will definitely be back!(:

Stopped in the for the first time today. Visiting MN. Had the Wreck on flats and my lady had a tomato mozzarella on flats. It the BEST, tastiest sandwiches we have had in memory. Next time we are back in MN, we will definitely be back!

Great sandwich shop with a cozy atmosphere! Fun subs with plenty of other toppings to choose from, all at a reasonable price! Tom got me all set up with a delicious "Wreck" sandwich! There's even a Pokéstop for all you Pokemon Go'ers!

For the first time I had potbelly sandwiches last night with the chicken pot pie soup this place is so good I got it this morning again and it's not even 11:00 yet check this place out especially if you like Popeyes or loaded baked potatoes and just fresh made 🥪 sandwichs

Staff was awesome, gave me the BOGO discount of the day, and very amicable. The service was fast and the sandwich is delicious

Stopped in for a sandwich while waiting for the bus. Fellow at the door was playing the guitar and singing. Staff was friendly and sandwich was great! Great experience.
