I had my wedding invites to mail out. The front desk lady was super friendly and helpful (so sorry I didn’t catch your name!). She let me know which stamps I needed for my invites and while this location didn’t have all the stamps I needed, she let me know which locations to check out to get the stamps. She was so helpful and helped relieve a good amount of stress I’d been having regarding the invites.

Zylvia made my day with just a look and "Oh girl" when she saw my tape job 😂

Lost label for an Amazon return for weeks and finally found it to be able to return so headed to the Post.... After realizing the full service at Big Bend closed at 5, I busted my butt to get to Maplewood by 530. Made it with only minutes to spare and her kindness, customer service, attitude couldn't have been more genuine!!

The Manager Carl is so nice, he was able to hold a package I needed a signature on just before it went out on the truck for delivery, the clerk was exceedingly sweet as well.

After running to the Clifton post office(only to find it not open!), the staff at this Marshall facility went out of their way to service me. I was running late and the facility was closing, but when I explained my predicament to the staff member, she kindly let me in and took care of my mailing requests. Thanks you and have a very blessed Christmas!

Going to this post doing the pandemic was one of the best experience. I was there with my children and the lady behind the counter was asking everyone to wear their mask. People are rude towards them. The sign is on the door. The lady’s are wonderful and working doing a pandemic and you should be grateful

The staff member was so joyful and a pleasure to work with. She had put up some very cute Halloween decorations. She helped me find everything I was looking for. It's in a pretty building too

I was in this location this morning & had a wonderful experience. I had been in the Brentwood location earlier & the woman behind the counter wouldn’t take my package because it wasn’t taped properly & then I went to the Maplewood location & the woman behind the counter was wonderful. I re taped my package & not knowing once again I used the wrong kind of tape & she was so nice & took it & said I won’t yell @ you like the other woman I’m gonna take it & fix it & slap the label on it & she literally made my day!

They always treat me well!

I lost my credit card at USPS when I mailed some stuff there. The staff found it and returned it to my house! She is such a kind soul and definitely deserves a raise!!

I have never had a problem in the Maplewood post office. Sometimes the line to the window is long, but they do the best they can to wait on people as fast as they can.

Let me tell you, I prefer my local USPS to deliver parcels to me, then the ratched UPS/FedEx. Everytime USPS get a parcel for me or mail pileup. They bring it to my apt door. They have a key to my apt building and never leave parcels in the foyer. I've instructed UPStolen/Fedup to bring my parcel to my apt or the back patio. My trusting neighbors finds parcels on the sidewalk or building front door (to be stolen!) I cringe while waiting for deliveries!!! I appreciate USPS.
