7-Eleven

So first I would like to say this is the closest most convenient location therefore I frequent the store often at all times of the day so I have visited during all shifts. The store is fine I liked it okay until about 4 months ago it was very early in the morning I was on my way to work and I was going in for some coffee a lady almost grabbed a coffee pot that was still in making coffee by accident and the older gentleman who still works there behind the counter screamed and yelled at her and reprimanded her like she was a child and she was probably older than him and then the other lady who I who I haven't seen in a while comes running and grabs a coffee pot as she's cussing at the lady I was so disgusted that I stopped going for months. The other day because I was about to run out of gas I was forced to stop there and there's a lady there named Tammy who is the most pleasant kind polite helpful and definitely hard-working woman I have seen working at this locationshe is definitely a pleasant face in the morning to see I've never seen her be rude or even serve a customer without a smile on her face and without greeting and a goodbye and a thank you and I just wanted to make sure that I made this review so that she can get the recognition that she is definitely

Deserves a 5 + rating, not only because they had what I needed in stock - that’s more than I say for the other 7-11’s, but because of the store manager. Kathy, has a friendly and positive attitude. She was attentive to my needs by having quick and pleasant responses to my questions. The entire experience made my day. I will be visiting more often.

Negative reviews are reviewed by video with clear audio of the incident. Nearly every time, a negative review of a clerk's behavior is from someone who thought it was OK to speak to an employee with complete disrespect, hostility, or racist words . Appropriate action is always taken when employees are not nice to our great customers.

Been my 7 11 for years. Moved out of the neighborhood in December 2023 but still make it over to get my gas ⛽ and lottery 🎰.

Well I can tell you the manager there is a very very very nice lady and she hires very good people and yes by the way as far as any convenience store yet the best-run convenience store and I know the retail management business I am a business manager and they run and absolutely outstanding store and excellent employees I have nothing but awesome things to say about that particular store

I was headed out of town and I had less than a fourth tank of gas left. I remembered that there would be a 7-Eleven on the way that I had been to before. I went in to pre-pay with cash because the gas would be cheaper per gallon. And, while in there, even though it was freezing outside, I purchased a Large Iced Coffee. The lady who waited on me was very sweet and friendly! I had several questions and she was patient with me. I remembered her name at the time - in fact I filled out a follow up survey provided by 7-Eleven and included her name. I will definitely return!

They have my favorite cheeseburgers and are faster then fast food plus a cold Mt dew to top it off what's not to love plus the staff is very friendly and helpful

10/21: 100% masks; hot, good food. I like this place. Friendly workers means a lot to me. I got their rewards card just for this 7-11 in particular. They have great pizza, wings, and orange chicken(my pers. favorite) on a stick. This might be the best convenience store in Missouri. No kidding.

Kelly is a very personable associate. She saved my life. I just wanted to feed my family. I was low on funds and she guided me on how to spend $9. Thank you kelly Love

This has been my corner store for 5 years and I couldnt be happier. The staff is always smiling and helpful. Im a regular so i dont even have to ask anymore what I want.

The employees are very helpful and super awesome! Every time I go they are very helpful and pleasant people; they are the greatest!

I LOVE this 7-Eleven! They have fuel, restrooms, their staff aren’t weird or sketchy, and it’s a very safe store. The other ones in STL aren’t near as good as this one.

The people that you have working there are some of the best people I have delt with. They are always cleaning the place when they are taking care of customers.
