Restaurant 301

Best specialty dessert I ever had. Can't remember the name it was a "special" it's not on the regular menu but it should be! It was a moist, sweet, delicious cake with fresh cream and berries. Oh my goodness could have been in a fancy French bakery it was the BEST! The food wasn't too shabby either! A little spendy yet well worth it for a special occasion! This is a very special place with great servers and awesome chefs!

We were in the dining area. The bar is not separated. It is the frozen four tournaments. The bar was full of people celebrating, laughing, and talking very loudly. Some separation of the two would be so nice.

I reserved the private dining room (no charge) for a party of 12. Food was good; everyone enjoyed their dinner. Dessert was beautiful. Service was great.

Every restaurant in Duluth was booked, no reservations available anywhere. So we walked on down the street and stumbled upon this place. We were the only people in the restaurant! We were nervous at first, wondering why this place had no patrons, but we shouldn’t have been! Service was great! Food was delicious! Price was reasonable! This is a hidden gem and deserves a chance if you haven’t eaten here! Would definitely recommend, and we are pretty picky!! Well done!

I live nearby and love to order take out or eat at the restaurant. Staff is always pleasant and the burgers are great 👍! Thank you 301.

Chris Kelly gets all the Kudos. He is the drink and food manager and literally runs the bar and front of the house. So impressed with his knowledge and pure art and creativity of his drink menu!! He literally created his drinks from scratch and added local spin and ingredients. He has a story behind his creations. He is truly in a league of his own! Also we did have food and everything WAS HAND MADE and the Caesar salad was made with romaine lettece....not iceberg. Get your lettuces straight Adam.

Located off the Sheraton Hotel, it is a missed opportunity for many in the Northland I think.

My wife and I enjoy Restaurant 301 immensely, it is our go-to place to eat on our date nights. The food has always been excellent, and the service has always been prompt and pleasant. We encourage our friends, family, and always refer it to people who are looking for a good place to eat. It can be a little more expensive; but, it is definitely worth the price.

To be honest, Restaurant 301 is to whom we compare most other restaurants to when we dine out.

Amazing! My daughter and I ate there for Eat Downtown Week with the special menu. The waitress was super, the Clam Chowder was amazing, the Chicken Tetrazini spectacular, and the Cannelloni was superb. Fantastic!!

Food was great, service was great and the staff is beyond great. They all were very friendly and awesome people, which made our very long stay at the hotel much better, as we were dealing with a dying loved one in the hospital. They all deserve raises and medals. Thank you all

Located inside the Sheraton, the 301 has a friendly atmosphere, helpful and pleasant staff. I especially loved the Bison Meatloaf and the Flourless Chocolate Cake. I also recommend that you try the Lake Superior Omelet with wild rice and smoked lake trout.

Amazing food. Not “spendy” very low key and laid back. Parking can be a pain. Service was great.

Beautiful location in Duluth. We sat at the comfortable bar near the cozy fireplace. The steak and lentil crusted salmon were delicious!

The waitress helping us heard me say my stomach hurt and she brought me a tummy tonic. The food was good and out waitress was very nice.

Great place! So many fun things to do and games to play! Drinks are a little expensive.

Food was great but took awhile to get our food and we had a show to go to.

Love this place. Great for a quick cocktail or lunch.
