This is such a unique and charming place!
We like it because it is on the water and not in a large, busy hotel. It is quiet and has an amazing history. Room 5 is elegant and the bed was luxurious.

This was the best boutique hotel I've been at and was the perfect stop to make on my way up to the Boundary Waters. It was so clean and quiet because if it's limited rooms. Despite the staff not being onsite, they were attentive to my one question and resolved it immediately. Perfect location to everything else in Canal Park and is extremely walkable to restaurants and breweries without any late night noise. And the price was so reasonable compared to many of the other hotels in the area I'm definitely making more trips to Duluth to stay here again. Didn't get to try out the sauna cause my stay was short but making sure I come back in the winter so I can enjoy it.

We stayed in lovely And spacious Room 5 in dead of winter. Stairs are a little steep to room 5 in case you have orthopedic issues... All other rooms are ground level and easy access.. Sauna is awesome!! Ashley and Megan went out of there way to provide adequate communications for this unique experience. Slept really comfortably. They responded promptly to any of our needs and were welcoming to our pooch. Location was right off the Lake Walk so easy to get our dog out to potty and lovely Lake Superior...nothing beats the scenery! Thanks so much for creating a relaxing restorative and charming place! Be prepared to bring your own food or eat out. Definitely recommend and will return in future!!

Love love loved this place for my husband’s and my stay in Duluth! The location is unbeatable and the building and the history behind it is so charming! Rooms were comfortable with all the basics we needed for a two night stay.

The only thing I would caution for certain people is that our room had tall ceilings with two sets of windows. The bottom windows had shades but the uppers don’t, so at night the street lights would shine through and the room doesn’t get completely dark. Not any issue for us, but could be an issue for particular sleepers. Also, all the check in and check out is contactless which we loved but if you prefer a more traditional hotel with staff onsite this place might not be for you.

With all of that being said, I would highly recommend this place and can’t wait to stay here again one day!

The team were really considerate, we booked for two nights and had to leave due to some unforeseen circumstances. They amended the booking to just be one night and didn’t charge. I thought this was a real sign of people who value their patrons. The hotel is in perfect walking distance to many cool spots and if you’re into running heading out and running alongside the lake is a really spectacular way to start the morning.

We stayed at the Endion from July 2-4th 2023 in room #2, and cannot say enough wonderful things about this gem. First of all the location is prime. It is located right beside canal park lodge and on the boardwalk area beside the lakewalk. There is assigned parking for each room and you can walk everywhere you need to have a fabulous time.
Rooms #1 use the same entrance door and #3,#4,#5 share the other entrance door. Room #1 faces the outdoor firepit. There's a barrel sauna on the deck which we used daily. It takes a bit to warm up but is a very nice addition to have. There's also multiple seating areas on the deck and a cornhole game to play. This building is full of charm and character, however it is a very old building. Old buildings are very loud and I definitely would not recommend staying here with small children if you are worried about them sleeping. Especially not on the July long weekend. This noise did not bother us at all because if you're staying in canal park you should know it's noisy. There's a noise restriction at 10pm so if you're out at the firepit past that time you literally have to whisper to each other because room #1's windows face it.
Our room itself was very spacious, vaulted ceilings, lots of windows,rustic/modern decor. It was very bright every morning even with the blinds down. The AC worked great, we had no issues with the tv, shower water pressure, fridge or microwave. There were 4 coupons for free draft beer as a welcome gift which I thought was a nice idea but unfortunately we ran out of time. Checking in and checking out virtually were very easy to do.
I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone who loves staying in Canal Park.

This place was a gem to find. Loved how small and intimate it felt with only a few rooms. The room we stayed in was quite spacious and very comfortable. We only stayed one night but would definitely be back - can’t beat this location!

My fiance and I stayed in Room 3 around the end of september (got engaged while up there!), the room was very spacious, and the bathroom is also really nice. It was a huge bonus that that room was dog friendly. The only downside was the keypad to get into the room was a bit confusing at first. It sadly rained the day we were up there so we didn't really get to enjoy the patio as much as we wanted to. The location of the hotel is perfect, and it was fun to see the horses giving carriage rides right along the side of the building. We will def be going through Endion Station again!

I really loved the location. It really nice as an introvert to have communication all through email and text. I didn’t need to interact unless I wanted to. The room was spacious and comfortable. I think I’ll stay here whenever I stay in Duluth.

Wonderful location right on the Lake Walk. It was easy to walk to all of the places we wanted to go, including Canal Park, Bentleyville, Fitger's Brewpub, the Maritime Museum, Skyline Parkway, etc. The room was extremely comfortable and we had Room 1 which overlooked the lake.

Better than staying in the nearby hotels. The rooms are modern, very clean, and cozy. Rates when we stayed were lower due to the construction on the shore but we were gone during the day so we didn't mind at all! Parking was convenient, even with the construction. If you have an electric vehicle the free chargers are right in the parking lot.
Will definitely make this the first place I check next time I'm booking a place to stay in Duluth.

Great location and amenities! Tried yoga at Evolve which was a cool experience. Excited to come back to try more recreational elements and the speakeasy! Responsive and kind management.

We loved Endion Station Inn, what a cool historical property made new again! High ceilings, Duluth inspired decor, and a comfy bed. We used the gas fire pit and Sauna. Fun and friendly neighbors, a prime location--we and our dog will be back!

The Endion Station was originally in the Endion neighborhood, but moved to this spot and preserved. It has served many functions since then. At first it was touris information, then it was a cafe. For a while it was a sporting equipment store, with bikes and kayaks. Then I believe it was a restaurant for a short while, until finally ending up as this Inn.

Love they made this bar into a boutique hotel, decently priced for a larger rooms with a high vaulted ceilings. The use of the sauna is included and there is a fire pit.
