Customer service is first class. I had a minor issue with the fit of my carpet, but they got it resolved quickly and at no cost to me.
I wish all companies had customer service that was this responsive and effective.

I had SCS replace my Ford Pickup Cloth seats with Katzkin Leather. These were not seat covers but rather complete removal of the existing cloth from the seat cushions with a replacement leather made for automobiles from a company called Katzkin. Wow - the leather seats look awesome ! ! Everything fits tight, it all matches, perfect sewing and just all around super nice. I dealt with Mike who kept me abreast of the time estimates from ordering the leather to installation to completion.
I couldn't of asked for better service. Thanks Mike.

Placed a carpet kit order for my Cessna 150. They first sent me a template to confirm the fit and it wasn’t even close. We decided to send them my old carpet for them to use to make the new carpet. I revived another template from old carpet that did not fit at all. Then received a third that did fit well. When I revived my carpet it was nothing like the template, it didn’t fit at all. Not only did it not fit but the quality of the carpet was poor. But they did give me a full refund without headache, wish it would have worked out.

I made an order which was supposed to be shipped in 4 to 5 days, after payment they said a minimum of 30 days.
Totally un happy as the aircraft got grounded waiting for the carpet to arrive. I called today and was told that the carpet will not be sent out until med Jan.
I said I was told 4 to 5 days and I will dispute this. 10 minuts later they sent me an email that the cancelled my order without any apology. so here I am awed later with cancelled order to start looking for another supplier during xmas.
I don't would never order from them again.
