In addition to all other experiences as I shopped being stellar, I must give extra kudos to ELLEN!! She was at the cash register checking me out. She knew answers to everything, offered additional info, helped me with my payment process, was friendly & delightful.... I couldn't have asked for more!

The store was very busy but nicely stocked and well staffed. The checkout line moved efficiently, and the clerk (Joey) was very polite, happy, and helpful. Kudos for being a pleasant stop on a busy shopping day.

I had a cashier that did an exceptional job demonstrating excellent customer service skills. She made my shopping trip very enjoyable at a time when the store was very busy!!

Employee was quick, helpful, experienced, and knew what she was doing. The electronic product I got was garbage, didn't work, and I wish stores wouldn't purchase stuff from China and sell it to consumers.

Went to Black Friday shopping for the opening hour. Lots of staff available to help. Store was well organized. In and out quickly.

I absolutely love Kohl's. They have such a vast variety of clothing options available for youth and adult as well as their shoes. They also carry household products and most of the products offered in the entire store are of high quality.

Went to buy a suit and needed a bit of help. One lady noticed that I looked a bit lost and spent about a half hour helping me pick out just the right suit. Very polite.

The Hermantown Kohl's always has a good selection of merchandise and is very clean. Staff is friendly and helpful!!!!

It's a nice store. The assistants were kind and helpful. Would like to see more places to be able to sit down. Places to sit outside of the fitting rooms.

The prices are great for the quality. Plus sizes are in abundance and the Amazon return counter in back was a breeze! For nice clothes, they can't be beat. The only thing they lack is a real electronics section
