Sheraton Duluth Hotel

My partner, child and I stayed in room 612 - a 1 bed suite with a fireplace in the bedroom and had an enjoyable stay. We luckily had the pool and hot tub to ourselves as well. The Sheraton is more of a business hotel than a family hotel, but can be enjoyed by both with all the amenities they have. Club Member was on level 6, which gave us access to complimentary snacks, food, coffee/tea, bottled water, soft drinks and hot breakfast. Overall, we had a great stay and look forward to booking the Sheraton next time we're in town.

One of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff is incredible and knowledgeable and happy to help with anything.

The only two downsides are the shared toiletries, they’re connected to the bathroom wall and the cleaning staff refills them. You wash yourself and touch the pumps, then the next person that checks in uses the same. It’s gross.

The beds are incredibly comfortable and I liked the comforter. The pillows were hit or miss. One deflated immediately, another kept its fill.

The gym is ok. It has everything you need. Overall it’s a great Sheraton and the staff is top notch.

Great customer service, coffee and tea can be found at the lobby each morning. Rooms were spacious, clean, beds were extremely comfortable. They were doing construction at the hospital next door so can get a bit noisy early in the morning, otherwise enjoyed my stay.

Recently stayed for the Zenith conference. Jarred at the front desk was extremely helpful to me with printing of docs, explaining the parking and he just overall exceeded my expectations for customer service - he went above and beyond!!

This is by far my favorite hotel in Duluth. Being a platinum Marriott member, access to the lounge is awesome and this hotel has great amenities especially being able to bring our pets with when we travel. This views of the lake are amazing! Service is top notch and you will not be disappointed.

As an Ambassador Elite member who travels all over for business, this hotel makes my top 5 of all time (and that includes competing with Marriott resorts in Costa Rica, Maui, and Europe). From arriving at 1am to an exceedingly accommodating staff to the gorgeous, well stocked and beautiful room, I can't rave enough. I hope to come back. All Marriotts should operate this well. Kudos

My partner and I had a great experience at this Sheraton in Downtown Duluth. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable while providing us with a room with a great view of Lake Superior for my birthday weekend getaway. The facilities were clean, the beds were comfortable, and we were within walking distance of so many great places.

Perfectly located in the center of downtown. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable. and the bathroom was luxurious. The restaurant had great food and the service was prompt. And Lee and the rest of the front desk staff were knowledgeable and friendly.

Overall a perfect stay at an excellent price point.

Sheraton Duluth is modern, clean, and the service was exceptionally nice. Some rooms have a beautiful view of the lake. Read my comments on safety.

Great walking distance to Canal Park, wake up, and see freighters pulling in. Quiet, clean, and well organized. Tyler at the front desk welcomed all with a smile and greay customer service! Rooms were great, stunning bathrooms, great soaps, and complimentary waters. The restaurant downstairs had tasty food, great service, and was very clean and calm. Very quick room service.

A Great Stay in Duluth
This was our 2nd stay at the Sheraton in Duluth, and we would definitely recommend it to friends and family! The hotel is close to the waterfront walk, and very accessible to get around downtown. We stayed in town for the marathon, which went right in front of the hotel! Such a fantastic treat to be able to step outside and see the runners without any trouble. Restaurant 301 downstairs has a great bar and menu, I would recommend making reservations on a busy weekend. The room I would say was less than soundproof, being able to hear neighbors sneezes, etc. Nothing that was too bothersome unless you are super sensitive to others noise.
The staff is 10/10, they all were kind, friendly and went above an beyond. We travel with our small dog and they remembered his name and would greet him each time we came into the lobby. Burt would say 100/10 for all the treats he got!

I really enjoyed my stay here. Working on assignment here. Courteous staff, clean rooms. 301 Restaurant was amazing. Great dinning options and drink menu. And the prices were reasonable. It feels upscale without beating you over the head.

Nice friendly hotel. We got upgraded to a suite. The bed was very comfortable and it had a nice shower. It's very close to the port so that made it extra convenient for us to catch our cruise 🚢.

The hotel staff is top notch, very friendly and created a very warm and welcoming weekend stay in Duluth. The property is well kept and the rooms are well maintained. It’s always a pleasure to stay at the Sheraton.

They have very nice rooms and offer lower rates for people who have family or friends that are patients at Essentia.

The hotel has all it needs. Comfortable beds, accommodations, it’s pet friendly. It has a small pool and fitness center. The food at the restaurant is good quality and tasty. Only downside is that they take a kind time to serve you.
Overall a good option for your stay!

Connected by skway to Essentia hospitals. Great location. $7/day parking in ramp connected to hotel by skyway. 15min loading out front. Newly renovated. Comfy beds and pillows. Definitely would stay again.

Have stayed here a few times and I will keep coming back! Clean and updated rooms, accommodating staff and great views from the rooms. Even the city view rooms are nice! Feels upscale.
