AT&T Store

My husband and I were told that AT &T had better cell coverage than Verizon just north of Bayfield. We visited the store, and were given excellent treatment. Kaleb knew what he was talking about and could really relate to "seniors." Not only did he give us good service, but he didn't oversell. He was a pleasure to work with.

Had the quickest trip to AT&T on Central Entrance to update my payment plan. In and out in about 7 minutes! Those folks know what they are doing! I’ve used other AT&T stores and never had the service that I get at the Central Entrance store in Duluth.
Trust me, I had to cope with Straight Talk 5 times to resolve the same type of issue and wanted to scream. Ugh

Kaleb and Dylan are amazing and helped me put so much. There was someone else here that they helped and she was so happy. Great guys, totally recommend!!!

This is the only store I go to when I need something with my phone they are always so kind and helpful. The employees are always so friendly and is always greeted with a smile right when you walk threw the doors.

My Rep was Awesome! He was very knowledgeable, very efficient with my time as he knew I had another appointment, he treated me with respect and was an all around nice intelligent caring guy! My Best ATT experience ever!

It was a busy Saturday afternoon, but the reps made sure to help with what they could to make the process faster. Kaleb helped me with the rest of the transaction and he made sure I was getting the best deal. Great costumer service by all!

We came in with a large ask….we wanted to upgrade our kids’ phones with our phones (still under a payment plan) and get my partner and I new phones. Shania was amazingly patient with this task. She even stayed past her clock out time to ensure we completed the task. Many hurdles came up, but Shania diligently solved every issue!

Great customer service. Wanted to buy a new iPhone, no problem. Setup new phone with old Sim and restore from iCloud, dine.

I would like to commend Matt at the Duluth store, Central Entrance, for his exceptional customer service. He was kind, helped me find the best deal for what I need, and communicated everything about our current plan and options we have at this point. I came to this store today because the store I purchased my phone from yesterday was out of an accessory I needed. I am so glad I chose this store and had the service I had today from Matt. We walked in the store with a broken phone and met Caleb . We were greeted with a smile and he gave us great advice. He continued to help us through every step of getting our new phones up and running. He is exceptional!!!
