Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Duluth by the Mall

Prime location, friendly staff, good breakfast, and warm cookies. The room was cozy and a bit out dated, but was nice to feel that sort of comfort. Only thing I can say is the pool/hot tub needs professional chemical assistance. Otherwise great place

I was traveling with a mixed group of people/pets and this room fit all of us perfectly!

Generous room sizes so everyone not all cramped together! Rooms are wonderfully decorated with nice, soft lightning all around and backlit headboards!

The staff was so wonderful, helpful and friendly!

Breakfast was a surprise also! Eggs; sausage, taters, biscuits n gravy, plus the usual fare of breads/muffins/cereal/juice!

Love the evening touch of cookies!

Pool was refreshing but comfortable still, like lap pool temp. The hot tub was hot, definitely one that you enjoy the pool a little more haha. The air in pool area is also very warm. Rooms are nice and clean. Will return!

Helpful friendly staff. Comfortable rooms recently renovated. Pool and hot tub very nice. New Work out rooms with cardio and weights. Big breakfast with many options. Reasonable prices. Next to the mall and many restaurants. Easy access to favorite places in the area including Canal Park and Hawk Ridge. Tea and coffee out 24/7. Cookies at 8pm. Would give 4.5 if possible. Will be back!

Clean rooms. Great lighting in rooms which is unusual in hotel rooms in my experience. Bright & welcoming atmosphere. Great breakfast with eggs, potatoes, pastry, cereal...etc.

Very friendly staff. Every area I saw was very clean. Cookies are available in the breakfast area at 8pm every day. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Duluth.

Perfect hotel for Duluth tourists! Hotel smelt like fresh baked cookies when we checked in, staff was extremely nice, and everything was clean and homey. Located 5 mins way from retail & food. Would 1000% stay again.

This was located right across from the mall.
There was restaurants and shops within a short distance, and canal park was only about 10 minutes away. The breakfast had a good assortment of food and drink options including gluten free bagels individually wrapped. The pool and gym area were well kept/clean and the employees were very polite and helpful.

The staff was really friendly & courteous. Had an awesome breakfast. They had eggs, sausages, yogurt, apples, biscuits & gravy, muffins, cereal, milk, juice & tea but the coffee was all out by 8am. The hot tub was hot & really relaxing, it's cool that they have a lift to get in & out of (if you happen to be disabled) never saw that before but No elevators. I had a wonderful stay & I would come again.

Probably one of the better Days Inn I've stayed at. Super nice staff, clean rooms and property, dog friendly plus great hot breakfast. Both times I stayed here I wished they had more fruit at the breakfast but you really can't complain about hot eggs and seasoned potatoes plus pancakes.

Fresh baked Chocolate Chip cookies at 8pm! The smell wafted up to the second floor. Amazing!

I LOVED staying here! The hospitality was awesome. They also have a good breakfast and fresh cookies nightly. It's also close enough to Canal Park as well as other parks and destinations in northern Minnesota.

Checked in during a busy time on graduation weekend. Check-in was fast and easy and my card was charged for the entire weekend right away. I appreciated this so I know it has been processed out of my account. Our room was very small with one bed, but clean and appeared to be remodeled recently. The beds were very comfortable. It was also quiet at night which surprised me on graduation weekend. Breakfast was basic but good and the area was clean. Overall, I would stay there again and recommend it to others. The rates were extremely high for a mid-range priced hotel, but that was because it was a big weekend in Duluth.

Was great little room for what the wife and I wanted for the night. They had pool and spa with small work out room also. Breakfast was very nice . Will definitely be going back and already recommended to friends.

The service was welcoming and efficient. Room was quiet. Bed was comfortable. Everything was clean. Breakfast had a lot of options. Definately would stay again.

Great Place to Stay. Must have gone through recent renovations as everything appears to be new. I actually got a small (micro) room in the bottom floor and was nervous about the room. We were able to put 2 twin air mattresses on the floor for the kids.

Would stay again!

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality for the price of this Days Inn near the Mall in Duluth. First, I 'met' Barb via phone for my reservation. She was charming and helpful. Once there, she assisted me with finding plates and napkins for the pizza I ordered. Second, the hotel was IMMACULATE during "The Time That Is Covid". I literally saw an employee wiping down each vertical rail on a stairway with disinfectant. The rooms were EXCEPTIONALLY clean. Bathtub, sink, carpet, remote for the TV, everything. They had a fridge and microwave, plus privacy blinds and black-out blinds. The pool and hot tub were working and clean. There is a fitness room that looked well maintained.

I used to travel full-time years ago, and I was VERY impressed by the service, the room, and the staff. Definitely a 5-star from this weary traveler, both for the price and amenities this location offered.

The room was clean and comfortable. Our only complaint was the size of the bathroom. It was very cramped and the vanity was small but adequate.

Finally a hotel that stands up to its standards. Jason and Barb were outstanding with there customer service. The gentleman doing the breakfast as well. This place had a pool, hot tub and a wide variety of hot and cold breakfast items. Bed was comfy. Whenever I comeback to Duluth I won't look elsewhere.
