Nice and efficient service! I’ve had several appointments with Dr. Yang. She gave me many professional suggestions about Invisalign based on my needs and oral condition, not just asked me to pay for it without considering the condition of my teeth and bone. The staff here are efficient in their work and good at communicating with me about my concerns.

I can't describe how grateful I am for the care I received at "The Smile Institute". My mouth was in a really bad shape and thanks to their team, I was able to get closer to where I wanted to be. This is the place to say that I always felt I was in very good hands when visiting the office. Everything was very well communicated with me, all doctors and assistants were wonderful. I always went there confident I will get the best care there is. I had to travel and go back to my country of origin so I had to cancel my implant surgery in a very short notice. The Smile Institute was very understanding with my situation and cared so much about my well-being that they shared (per my request) everything related to my treatment to this moment with my dental clinic abroad. The Smile Institute is the best dental office I’ve ever been to. The doctors and staff there are super efficient, welcoming, and willing to communicate with patients about any concerns. Whether it is appointment making or questions about oral health, they have always made sure to offer the best care possible. I have been an Invisalign patient here for over a year now, and Dr. Yang is really the best dentist I’ve ever had, she sincerely cares about her patients and is really good at explaining complicated dental concepts to them. Finally, a special thanks to the front-desk, I’ve always had a hard time of finding a proper day for my next appointment, but they have always been understanding of my situation, and would try to help me in the best way they can. A big shoutout to everyone in the office!

I have been this clinic for wisdom tooth extraction and invisible line for several times. So far, everything is great! I like the atmosphere here. The Taiwanese lady at the front desk is so adorable and friendly (Thanks for your bread). Doctor Yang is professional and patient. I strongly recommend people with Asian background to talk to her. Amazingly, I didn't feel any pain when I had my wisdom teeth removed at this clinic! One thing I really like about this clinic is that they try to persuade you to keep your teeth instead of pulling out as many as you can.

The best place for dental care and Invisalign! I've been a patient of Dr. Yang's (dentist) and Dr. Askari (orthodontist) for a few years now. Dr. Askari has been helping me with Invisalign treatment, and she is super funny, understanding, and caring. Dr. Yang is the best dentist I've ever had!! Before her, I only had male dentists who were too busy for me or condescending and they had dental hygienists do all the work, while they would make me wait for them and stop by for a min to take a look at my teeth. Dr. Yang does the cleaning herself. She remembers the concerns I had 6 months ago and makes sure to follow up on them. She helped me weigh all my options before wisdom teeth extraction. She saw me at the height of COVID in March 2020 when I had gum pain when most dentists would not. She is patient, and always explains everything very thoroughly. Even though I moved 2 hours away, I still come back to Boston for my cleaning. Additionally, the support staff at the clinic is great! They're always fun to chat with and very good and professional. Highly recommend The Smile Institute!

Visiting for my routine cleaning and wisdom teeth extraction in the past. Doctors are very kind and thoughtful. They always give out professional suggestions and respect my preferences. Very nice membership program discounts for people who don’t have dental insurance. Highly recommend.

Stayed in Boston Before. This office is a great place. although I moved to other country, I still miss this Dental office. Cannot find a better place. I did my cleaning and filling with Dr Dai while I was in Boston. she is amazing, caring and professional, she takes care of every patient who need her help.

Just did my root canal. I have seen many dentists since childhood and no one is better than Dr. Yang. She’s very careful and attentive during the treatment and explain to me what’s going on patiently. Very few doctors are so sympathetic to patient’s sufferings as if they themselves were suffering. The assistant is a little bit clumsy but that’s okay. I will definitely come back for future dental issues.

I saw Dr.Yang today. She is just lovely. I have never had a dentist clean my teeth before, it was a nice surprise. She very clearly explained what should be done with a kind manner. The dental assistants had personalities that put me at ease. Oh the office is very cheerfully decorated with pops of color. Little things like that matter to me. Overall, a great experience.

I've been coming here for over a year and all I can say is that the dental staff are extremely knowledgeable and very well informed. Friendly, hardworking, and the will to go above and beyond, what more could you want? Patrick is also an awesome guy and is very transparent in all scheduling and insurance questions. I have been coming to this facility for a year and I must say that this has been the best dental office that I have ever been to. I have always had issues going to a dental office due my fears from childhood but Dr.Askari makes me feel comfortable and she is amazing at her job. I fully trust her to work on my teeth and that is highly important to put trust in anybody regarding ones health. The office atmosphere is quit different than the usual dental or medical office. Normally offices are "dull and boring" but coming here you actually feel comfortable and people actually smile and converse with you like they have known you for years. The set up of the office goes along with all demographics where kids have the option of playing games while waiting so it takes that anxiety and nervousness away. Also the other best part about this office is they are all in one practice, from pediatric to general to adult specialty. This way you don't have to travel several location for different services. Other accommodations like tea and water are provided while you wait in the waiting room which makes you more welcome. I look forward to going to my appointments because of the staff and for me that is an essential key for any facility I decide to go for services. I would highly recommend this institute to anybody. For me fixing my smile has been very beneficial because now I feel more confident when I associate with others and feel important as a client. Thank you for the amazing service!

I recently had extraction at The Smile Institute. My experience at the facility was amazing.Staff was very thorough during and after the procedure. They made sure to follow up with me the next day to make sure I was doing okay after my procedure. I am very happy with the service, and the doctor was so skillful. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family.

I have been coming here for the last 4 years. I started as a senior in high school and I’m getting ready to graduate from college this summer. And every single time I come in Dr. Askari and her staff treat me like family. When my family and I were having complications with our insurance they never once turned me away! They were very accommodating and to this day I appreciate it so much. I’m excited to finally be getting my braces off this month but I will definitely miss my monthly visits. If I could give them A MILLION stars I would.

I have been going to Dr. Dai for more than one year and couldn’t be happier with my experiences there. I have had routine dental care, cleaning and filling, as well as most recently a root canal. Dr. Dai is always very caring, gentle. She is such a good dentist who goes extra miles for her patients. I have always had a fear of dentists, like many people, but Dr. Dai has made all my dental experiences very comfortable. I would highly recommend her. You won’t be disappointed.

Came here not too long ago for as a new patient and for an Invisalign consult.

The assistant started by taking a full set of x-rays. I don't have problems with x-rays at all but it was nice that she made sure the thyroid collar was on properly. They're actually really thorough here because the dentist I had (Dr. Dai) was reviewing the x-rays and told the assistant to take retakes of specific ones to make sure she could see everything.

Cleaning was done by Dr. Dai and it was quick, painless. She showed me my xrays and explained why they take them and showed me where I had cavities (which was important to me bc sometimes I get worried if a dentist tells me I need something when I don't) but seeing the cavities myself made me feel sure that she was being honest.

The main reason why I came was for Invisalign. Again, Dr. Dai did my consult after my cleaning and she was REALLY thorough explaining the process and what to expect. I've been to other dental offices for the same consult and the doctors would rush it and wouldn't talk much about what I'd actually go through - they'd just send me off to the front desk to get told it'd be X amount of dollars.

Overall I felt really comfortable here and actually am beginning my Invisalign treatment next week. I'm EXTREMELY picky with who I let touch my teeth but Dr. Dai made me feel like I can trust her. Would recommend.

This place is the best dentist ever. I've had a lot of other dentist but none quite like this place! Shes so funny and she shakes it all the time (Like a Polaroid). We are always having a good time, laughing, joking, and just all around havin fun in this office! not to mention its so clean and state of the art. The dentists there were always helping and explaining the process and made me very comfortable.

I recently had some tooth restoration done at TSI and I must say my experience was amazing. The staff was very friendly & the assistant was very thoughtful and kind. Each and every step was explained to me throughly by the doctor. They made sure I was comfortable through the whole procedure. I am very happy with the overall service and I highly recommend this office to all my friends and family.
