As a patient for over 10 years at this office, I have nothing but great things to say. Everyone has always been extremely helpful and kind. Dr. Wang knows what she’s doing and I always get this best treatment possible. Everyone at the office is very welcoming and respectful which I’ve always appreciated. Will definitely continue coming here, never had any issues.

Norwood Family Dental is amazing. Now sit back and relax as I explain why. They work hard to try to work around your schedule to best accommodate you. The front desk is understanding and reaches out to you regarding almost everything that is needed for the appointment(s).The dentist and dental hygienist are some of the easiest people to speak to even with, dental equipment in your mouth. Every time I have walked through that door I was greeted with smiles and my NAME. Now that’s customer service, walking into a place that knows you by your name and not another deposit to the bank. The owners/dentist are some of the kindest and most humble people that I have met.

Norwood Family Dental is my third dentist in the area but my search for a good family dentist is over.

They explain things. I don’t feel like they’re selling me some procedure I don’t need. They are kind (and are so good with kids!). They have worked with me on scheduling and billing needs.

After an episode of lack of response from the office, which seems to be related with their internal office management procedures, Dr. Cao called me back from my recent dental cleaning to follow up on my complaints about teeth being too sensitive after cleaning. The gesture is greatly appreciated and it shows that Dr. Cao is genuinely concerned about her patients. Thanks, Dr. Cao!

Id give a negative star if I could my wife and I first went here back in 2021 it was great after that horrible they’re very rough if you ask for novacaine they say no you don’t need it and also tried charging me twice for something honestly has gone completely downhill never will go back

Got charged twice within months for the same filling, when told them even a mechanic wouldn't do that the lady on front desk had the nerve to tell me the mechanics never honor the warranty. She's right, the bad ones never do

Feels like they do things that they not suppose to do. Dentist claim need root canal and can’t explain what’s happening on my tooth, got second opinion and it’s just deep cleaning and filling.
