My braces came off today after a year and my teeth are great. What a transformation. Dr Chiu is fantastic both in skill and personality and the entire staff takes her lead. I highly recommend Bay State to both young and mature.

Dr. Chiu and staff did an awesome job with my daughter's teeth. She had a lot issues going on in her mouth and had to have adult teeth taken out but you would never know that now! My daughter loves how her teeth came out and smiles all the time. Dr. Chiu and the staff are the best!

Great experience with Dr. Chiu and staff! Being an adult and getting braces for the second time in my life was a difficult choice. But the staff at Bay State Orthodontics made the experience great. They are understanding and kind and I felt at ease with them. They are a great team and I would recommend them to anyone. I am so happy with my smile and my decision to have braces here!

The Bay State Orthodontics practice is wonderful. When we met Dr Chiu during the initial consultation, we knew we had found the right Orthodontist for our child. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional, trustworthy, and personable. Throughout our child’s treatment, Dr Chiu and her staff were always nice and great. Our child’s teeth look awesome, and the pricing was reasonable. Highly, highly recommended.

My teen just had their braces removed after Dr Chiu managed not just her orthodontics but a complicated jaw surgery by Dr Mehra. To say this was complicated is an understatement. Dr Chiu had outlined the process and all the possibilities before we started, her timeline was on point. There were no surprises which both of us appreciated.

The support staff was caring and efficient. They worked with us to accommodate our schedule and cared for my teen beautifully. I will not say that major jaw surgery and braces is a good time but Dr Chiu and everyone at Bay State Orthodontics were amazing partners and the end result is fantastic. We are incredibly grateful for their work and highly recommend them!

I honestly cannot say enough positive things about Baystate Orthodontics and the entire staff. My three children have had orthodontic treatment with Dr. Chiu. My daughter’s case was unusual because she had two congenitally missing upper teeth that were toward the front of her mouth. I was told by a general dentist that she would most likely need two implants. After a consult with Dr.Chiu, she put together a treatment plan that just involved NINE months of braces on just her upper teeth and NO implants needed! My daughter and I were so thrilled with the outcome. All three of my children's teeth came out so beautiful! The dental assistants are so professional, gentle and kind. The receptionist was so patient and accommodating when scheduling appointments. Also, I never had to wait long in the waiting room to be seen. I highly recommend having your orthodontic done here.

After going to a couple other orthodontists and my daughter feeling very scared, we went and saw Dr Chiu and instantly felt comfortable. She explained everything so that it was easy to understand all the steps that we will have to go through. I would highly recommend Dr Chiu to everyone!
