I have been going to Mandel Family Dental for many years. I have always had a very good experience. They go out of their way to make sure that is the case! From cleanings, cavities being filled and anything more involved, Mandel Family Dental is a top choice! Smile, they will help you to do so.

Dr Mandel and her team are exceptional. I have seen Jackie, of the hygienists on staff here and she is kind and supportive if dental X-rays make you nervous. She does great work cleaning, as well! Dr Mandel is gentle and low-key, I appreciate a dentist that is calm and doesn’t overreact about treatment suggestions. She is very supportive and understands that dental things can be hard for people.

I had another dentist try unsuccessfully two times to fill a cavity. I left in pain and the filling would fall out within hours. They actually recommended a root canal! I went to Dr. Mandel and she filled it effortlessly. Her team was a well oiled machine and all so nice and friendly. I am officially a fan and will never go anywhere else! Thank you Dr. Mandel and staff.

I have been going to Dr.Dana Mandel & her excellent staff for quite a few years, Put simply, she is a very detailed and professional dentist. She posesses a lot of knowledge, is up on all the latest technology but more importantly, you are treated like family. Dr. Mandel, Fanny, and their staff are absolutely spectacular! They provide such wonderful information for patients while creating a warm and comfortable experience. They do a great job of building trust and rapport with their patients. This is such a great dental practice with an amazing dentist and wonderful staff.

Dr. Mandel is a fantastic Dentist. She always answers every question I have and has been very accommodating and easy to work with. Unlike other places I've been, I've always feel welcomed at her office by her and her team. And I have to say, the results of my treatment have been fantastic, couldn't be happier. She kept me calm during all of my appointments and answered all of my questions. After seeing many different dentists I can say that Dr. Mandel and her team are the best I have seen and I will continue to go there and would highly recommend them to anyone. She's awesome!

I have been avoiding dentists my whole life and even after getting dental insurance, I had a string of bad experiences with other local dentists. My wife was recently added to my insurance plan and after she had a good experience here, I decided to make my first dental appointment in years. My experience and Mandel Family Dental has completely changed my outlook and I find myself excited for my next visit. I waited less than a minute in the waiting room before meeting my dental hygienist. The hygienist and I had conversation about my oral history and what issues I needed to address immediately. I got my teeth xrayed and met with Dr. Mandel before the hygienist started with my cleaning. Not only was the cleaning that I received the most thorough one I have ever received, but it was also very gentle and I could tell the hygienist was taking her time to do it properly. The reclining chairs even have a massaging function to help you relax! After my cleaning we talked about follow up work and scheduled the next sessions. Immediately after scheduling those I received emails with calendar invites for the appointments, which I found extremely useful. I think the most important thing to me was that the staff there was very kind and understanding. They never made me feel bad about the state of my teeth. I have a lot of crowding issues and 2 wisdom teeth that needed to be pulled years ago but since I didn't have dental insurance for most of my life, I could never afford to do any of that work. Instead of looking at me like a degenerate for not having good teeth, they explained that it was just harder for me to keep my teeth clean because of the other issues. It was just a perspective shift for me to hear that and completely different from the "why didn't you address this sooner" attitude I got from every other dentist. I am now eager to go back and work with the Mandel Family Dental staff to finally address my dental issues. I can't praise them enough and I would highly recommend them to anyone! Dr. Mandel and her team are amazing. I have been going here for about 4 years now and wouldn't want to go anywhere else. I travel from the north shore just to go to this office for my dental work and have now started recommending my family to go here. Top notch!

If you have anxiety or fears going to a dentist, please consider making an appointment with Dr. Mandel. 1. The office is extremely clean and quiet. It is not a 'factory' like some other dental practices. The staff are always friendly and listen to me. I never feel rushed and my appointments have always been on time.
2. Dr Mandel and her staff have excellent credentials and experience. Dr. Mandel has been voted TOP DENTIST by BOSTON MAGAZINE since 2018 thru the present.
3.There are no surprises with billing. I always get accurate estimates of procedures to be done. Melissa is excellent at taking care of everything.
4. Dr Mandel and her staff are all very friendly and always remember not only my teeth history but personal stories I may have shared with them. Sort of like a 'tooth family'

I have definitely found my 'spa' dental practice. Professional, quiet, calming, predictable, friendly, on time. Everyone has to go to the dentist and I feel like I have found the perfect dental practice for me. My sincere thanks to Dr. Mandel and Jackie and Melissa who I usually see. Just had my first visit today and couldn’t be more pleased to have found this office. Jackie was very patient with me and put all my dental fears at ease. I had the most thorough but gentle cleaning. Dr Mandel was able to find the cause of my tooth sensitivity and I’m looking forward to my next visit!

I have been a patient of Dr Mandel for many years. Most recently I needed to have a tooth extracted. Dr Mandel walked me through all my options for a tooth replacement. She outlined the procedures, the costs and the short- and long-term consequences of each option. In fact, she had to do this a few times as it took me a while to comprehend everything. In the end she guided me through an implant. I am so pleased with the result. The procedure, though a multiple-month process, went as Dr Mandel described. Dr Mandel has is genuinely concerned for her patients. Her entire office staff is great. Highly recommended!

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Dana Mandel and her staff. From the first time I step into their office until she finished my crown yesterday! They are the most friendly, considerate and warm group of women. I came in with a mouth load of trouble and Dr. Mandel reviewed my issues and recommended the best course of action for me and my non-existent budget. The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding. Stacy the hygienist was very good with Cleaning and did awesome job , Dr. Dana is very informative and examined the tooth, explained the treatment well. The best dental care I have ever experienced. I have crippling dental anxiety. Melissa, Christine and Dr. Mandel did an incredibly good job of alleviating that anxiety. During COVID, I had neglected going to the dentist and they understood without shaming. They are transparent about COVID practices, which was very reassuring. I am permanently switching to Dr. Mandel. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Have also recommended the practice to my friends and family.

Another fun and exciting visit with Jackie and Dr. Mandel! Jackie and Dr. Mandel have a great memory. They always seem to remember things that we spoke about in previous visits. It makes me feel more comfortable and at home during my visit. I'd recommend them to anyone.
