Joyce in the jewelry section handled my ring with care, she went out of her way to send my ring back to get sized and put a “rush” on it so it would come in time for my birthday. She was so so sweet and beyond helpful. Thanks for making my birthday a success!! Love it.

A business were customer service is still valued. Every time my wife and I enter the store, the folks working at the customer service/checkout area make an honest effort to greet us with a friendly hello. The departments and changing rooms are well kept. Although a smaller sized JCP, it is well laid out. For items or sizes they may not have on-hand, they kindly (and patiently) are willing to assist you in ordering exactly what you are looking for. Picking up any on-line orders is smooth and returns are easy, if needed.

The Picture of us, is a Picture after we got our Promise Rings to Each other in October of 2021. We wanted somewhere that had a good Protection Plan for the Ring, but we didn’t really want to leave Oneonta! (We weren’t/aren’t really picky.)

Fast Forward, we are so Happy with the Ring Cleans, the Protection Plan, and The Prices! And Decided to actually Get Our Wedding Rings here!

The Sweet, Adorable Lady who helped us NOT ONCE, but BOTH Times! Once in 2021, and once in 2023, has made our whole Ring Shopping SO MUCH Easier!!
And, She pretty much watched our Relationship Bloom into the Marriage it is today.
She gave her Honest Opinions on the Width of the Band, Size of the Gem, Sizes, Weight of the Diamond Overall, Carats…

Then, when we came back and told her we were having a Baby and Getting Married, she was Enthralled for us!!

I feel like Lynn is a Person Who Genuinely cares for the Best of Others, and Is Excited for Good things to Happen to the People She cares for! It shows in her Job!

We love the knowledge she offered us with the Protection Plan, ESPECIALLY the Second time around when My Husband Bought me my Marriage Band!
She explained the benefits of the Plan, and Gave us A Neatly Organized Pamphlet With Our Receipts Stapled Neatly Inside!

For a Lifetime, No Deductible, Warranty Plan… it’s Fairly Priced for the Price Paid…
To say the Least: we Left feeling rather Euphoric, Excited and Encouraged For Our Future! Both Times!
Seeing her again was like Returning to an Ol’ Friend to Touch Base with Her! We May Even have her for Our Wedding!

She told me I can come there Anytime to have my Gorgeous Rock Cleaned. And I can get it resized, Buffed ,and Tended to anytime!
My Husband told her: “I got the Right girl, now I just need the Right Ring!”

I haven't been here in years. The last time I was here it was a mess and minimally stocked. Tonight it was a different store! Clean, bright, well stocked, great variety, awesome clearance sale, and the associates were very helpful but not in your face. I'm so glad I stopped in!!

Very helpful, a sales representative saw me carrying a lot of clothing and got me a cart. There were great sales and a nice variety of clothing amd styles. Fitting room was open and they were clean.
When checking out the sales representative told us where we could find coupons and discounts we could apply to our order if we wanted. I have not been there in years and it was a great experience.

Attentive associates always make up for the growing prices. It's the small things that count, and everyone is there to make sure nothing goes overlooked. The new team is quite a big difference!

Always find good deals in this store. Decent selection of clothes for the whole family. Just used the online order and pickup the same day. Very handy. Look for incredible coupons! Find them online and I'm the store. This might help avoid lines so long as they expand the pickup area. Hope it survives the curse of mall department stores. (Dec 2019).

I went here for a wax, which was done very nicely and smoothly, by an equally nice lady 🙂 My face isn’t even burning and bumpy, as it usually is when I get a wax, and guess what else? It only cost me $7! I will be going here again for all of my hairy-faced needs 😅

Nice store great prices.. my wife recently bought me a gold chain here and got a great deal the lady at the jewelry counter was exceptional and well be back for any jewelry needs. Clothes selection and prices are good as well.

The people that work here are very nice and helpful. Having a JCPenney Credit Card is very useful for discounts and savings. Love the assortment of clothes and styles and what I can't find in store I can find online.
