The Home Depot

Specifically want to call out the service of the employees during my visit today. I was looking for a grip bar for the bathroom with my father-in-law. We asked an employee and they gave us precise directions to find them. As we moved back to the front of the store, I realized my father-in-law had left his cane in the car and he was struggling with the long walk. I caught the eye of Dean a the customer service desk and asked if we could check out there-- he took one quick look and quickly nodded his head and invited us over to the side register. It is a small thing-- but it was exactly what was needed and it was done in a way that preserved my father-in-law's dignity. Thank you, Dean.

Very helpful employees. The store is well stocked and sales are posted and prices can be easily seen.

Great prices, knowledgeable staff. Grabbed a water tank pressure switch and was helped in understanding the different types and purposes and given advice in maintenance of my system. Accomodated my late arrival just before close understanding my emergency.

I wanted to give a shout out to this Home Depot ( I know I jokingly bust your chops a lot) I truly love the staff here! Jeremy always helpful and I love our banter, Rylee (hopefully I spelled your name correctly although I doubt it) you are always helpful in calling staff to find my items or getting my order when you see me, Michelle always a delight and Tyler ( the animal handler lol) I can’t express how many times you’ve loaded my car and found items for me, just to name a few. I can’t tell you enough that you are great and always helpful, taking me to aisles to find my items, the endless bags of mulch and rocks to stop my dogs digging and then loading in my car, my attempts at painting, my endless house projects to get my house in order to put up for sale. You guys are the best! Jim store manager ( you are the best manager and I know you spread yourself pretty thin) I will never forget the time you stopped a store meeting to help me! I can’t express enough appreciation for what you do and how much you’ve helped me especially after I was injured in the car accident. From all my dogs and myself Thank you!

I've been to Home Depot locations all over the country, and this one is fantastic.

Staff are wonderful, no pushing or up selling, just simple help and advice, and if you say you're fine they leave you alone. Love it!

Stock is great, location is easy to get to, couldn't be happier.

Great staff small home depot but their service #1 you get vip service every its well trained

Should of went here first even though Harbor Freight and Lowes is within minutes of each other. I was offered assistance and got what I needed, so happy with the experience. Excellent customer service and they know what I wanted even though I wasn't using the correct terms to describe it.

Regularly shop here for all of our home project needs. Friendly, helpful staff.

It was the cleanest store I have ever been to in My life. Home depots are usually very clean anyway but this one was outstanding. Everyone I talk to was was very friendly and helpful. They have a lot of items that other stores that other home depots don't have.

Always been a fan of home depot and DIYs (flipping my house) but this location takes the cake, the staff are the absolute best I've had the pleasure of working with and being advised by, my projects became more efficient. Seriously from pain to paneling to electric and plumbing they have someone that can give great advice in every corner. And excellent marketing strategy that leaves a vendor and a client winning.

The Home Depot in Oneonta is great. Store is always clean and organized. Many of the staff have been there for years and it's a pleasure to deal with them.

We Bought paint. Staff helpful. Store clean and shelves well stocked. They should give veterans discounts all year.

The employee their gage was very helpful answered all my questions and really helped me decide on a beautiful looking tile and then I found out he was just there stocking they really should promote him
