Hampton Inn Oneonta

This place is awesome! I travel for work and most hotels in the country have turned into dumps. The pool and hot tub are clean. The rooms are not only clean but MAINTAINED. Great breakfast too, which is available until 10am!!!! The best part is the staff. I dread my future hotel visits at other locations as I will be inevitably being comparing then to my time here in Oneonta.
Oh yeah, the kids loved it more than I did bc of the great pool.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It is clean, smells wonderful, complementary breakfast is Delicious and customer service is exceptional. Kerry greeted me and my family after a long trip with the most warming vibe. She made sure we had all we needed and made us feel comfortable.

Wonderful stay. I was traveling with my mother to watch my son's baseball game parents weekend. First the desk clerk gave us a room near the elevator. The next day the clerk allowed us a late checkout so she could remain on her condensed oxygen. The entire staff was extremely friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Thank you so much for being so accommodating.

We really appreciated the service and the pleasant, outgoing nature at check-in and check-out. It was really nice for the price. Will stay there every time I'm in Oneonta area.

Everyone was really great and my stay couldn't have been better!!! Kerry at the front desk was amazing, told us where to go for shopping, food and drinks and the extra towels are a bonus for long hair!!!

We stayed at this property for a baseball tournament. The hotel was very clean and the staff were all great. They definitely make it inviting with complimentary cookies, popcorn and an area to take a picture of your player. The breakfast was great and coffee was fresh at all times of the day. If you are coming for a baseball tournament this is the best place being only five minutes from the field and five minutes from restaurants, gas stations and grocery stores. Overall a great stay.

This was one of the nicest stays we have ever had in our travels! Friendly associates were very attentive to every need. The bed was extremely comfortable with heavenly pillows! Clean room, hot shower ... everything a traveller could want. The breakfast was hot and fresh! All around great experience!

Had a really positive experience with the front desk. I had an emergency situation come up, and they were compassionate in accommodating me.

I have stayed at many Hampton Inns up and down the East Coast this past year, and this one in Oneonta is EXCELLENT for many reasons including - the hotel was extremely clean; the staff was warm and friendly; the rooms were great; the beds were very comfortable. I loved the workout room, especially the Peloton Bike. The FREE breakfast was delicious. This was a top notch Hampton Inn and I will be booking there again and again.

Had a great experience with this hotel. I broke down and could see this location from the highway so I pulled off and asked their rates. Front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. Offered to help find local towing resources. When I checked out I was told the person I dealt with was either Jerry or the manager, but overall great experience.

I picked up patrons for a wedding and they were very accommodating for my requests when I was there. Also the cookies were awesome they handed out.
I would highly recommend this establishment for people to patronize.

The total experience! Enjoyed our two night stay at this Hampton Inn so much! From the clean rooms, amenities, breakfast and kindness, this place is the next best place to home. Any place can give you a bed and some grub, but not every place has the kind, helpful, friendly staff like this Hampton Inn. From the GM, Anthony to the front desk staff of Ava, Kerry and Jackie, each made you feel like you were chatting with a friend. They were responsive and went out of their way to recommend great places to eat from an local’s perspective. Enjoyed it so much I am looking for excuses to drive up that way again soon. Thank you to the staff at the Hampton Inn in Oneonta.

Great hotel. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Hotel was immaculately clean. My family stayed in a suite and it was perfect for our needs. The hot breakfast was a huge bonus with teenage boys. Highly recommend!

The Hampton Inn Oneonta is a fine hotel. The staff is very nice and accommodating. The location was perfect for where I needed to be. The morning breakfast was very good and left me wanting for more but couldn’t because I was full hahaha. The rooms were very clean and nice. Overall great experience and if I was ever near that area again I would 100% stay at this same hotel.

Kerry was a trip saver!! You need to promote her. I already submitted a 5 star on the website but it went to the DC Hampton. That place stinks.

In the four years we have visited our college student (now a graduate) in Oneonta we have stayed at the Hampton Inn. The location is perfect to access the two colleges in town. The rooms are clean. The staff is wonderful and very accommodating. For graduation weekend they had a food bar in the lobby with hotdogs, bottles of water, brownies, snacks, and even cotton candy! It was lovely. I will miss going there.
