Great store with knowledgeable and friendly staff. I love their garden department. The plants are always healthy.

I've spent at least 20 K at this particular store in the past 5 months. The customer service is GREAT, as long as you don't go later in the day, especially on a Sunday. Then it's hard to find an employee who is knowledgeable in specialty areas.

I went in on Halloween for rope for my daughter's Halloween costume I didn't catch the man's name that helped me but he was great !! Super friendly and carried on a conversation which I love ! GREAT customer service on his part :) and he gave me a little extra rope just in case :)

The employees are always friendly and helpful. You don't usually have to search for them because they are everywhere. I especially like the paint department. They've saved me money and hassle.

Great selection. Great prices. Love their cleanness! Just bought a washer dryer combo, and our salesperson Linda was amazing! Sweet and patient with all our questions!

Good collection of supply - went for plumbing; prices as good as Amazon, but on demand and able to check sizes, try fittings, etc. As always, my preferred local stop since their app stores receipts and let's you avoid having to save the paper ones when you scan your rewards barcode located at the top of the main menu when logged in.

Was easy to find what I was looking for. Actually found something I needed but wasn't looking for and the cashier was very pleasant and we joked a little bit

Let me start by saying the new third-party delivery service is horrendous. I had a lot of difficulty getting picnic tables delivered to our property. I have used Lowe’s over the last three years and never had a problem getting a delivery.

Eventually I decided to just pick up the picnic tables at the Oneonta store. Renee, the manager, was terrific. She definitely made us a satisfied customer by offering a generous discount for our inconvenience.

She listened to us, understood how wrongly we were treated, and made things right.

Honorable mention to John in delivery. He also understood our situation and handled things very professionally.

I will never order online with delivery again, unless I am assured it is a Lowe’s delivery person sending the product to our home/property. I advise you do the same.

I like going to Lowes. They are helpful and honest. I had an issue with my stove. I called to find out if I could get someone to fix it. I forgot that I took out the extra insurance, and when I asked them about an appointment they told me that it was gonna be covered because I had the insurance. I was very pleased with that. Stove was 4 yrs old. The repair man was very nice too!!!

They have everything! Greeter at the door ready to assist. Lots of sale and clearance items! Every staff member is super polite! An asset and necessity to the town. Saved my property with in stock items when Rhinehart Home Heating falsely capped my propane tanks. Thanks Lowes!

Had to get some paint and the lady who helped me was super nice and informative I will definitely come back for future projects!

I stopped into Lowe's to purchase a ride on mower and was helped by Travis and checked out by Kim at customer service. I ran into a little issue with my Lowe's card and it was a bit of a process to put the sale through. It is apparent that the Oneonta Lowe's management trains their staff to pay close attention to detail when it comes to delivering outstanding customer service. These young men and ladies performed with extreme professionalism, while we worked to solve this issue for more than 30 minutes. I alerted the Management of how well I was treated and he was very in tune with his staff and they all seemed to work very well as a team. Super happy with my purchase and how I was treated. I do not usually write reviews but credit was due on this one to the management and staff that helped me that day. I will also say on the few other occasions I have been to that location I was treated no different by other employees. very friendly and professional staff. I can not say the same for other big home improvement stores in the area.

Id rather travel 45 minutes to go to this store then the one in norwich 5 minutes.. The store manager was super amazing! She made me feel so important when all I wanted was a different kind of paint brush.. I was so impressed when I read her name tag and it said store manager and thats why I drive 45 minutes
