The service writer was very helpful and informative. First thing checked key fob battery and advised me that the battery was low and showed me how to change as he replaced the battery. He also, told me of services available to help increase fuel efficiency and engine performance. Was very pleasant and did his job very professionally.

Country Club Motors care not about getting good cars but the well being of the customers. When I first bought my 2015 Chevy Equinox in 2018, the first thing I was told about it was its safety features. I brought along my daughter a year later to get her own car. The processing was efficient! Then my Chevy broke down and the dealership got me a new car right away. My recent visit for repair was quick and I was taken care of immediately. I was even provided service to take me to work.

Linda was very helpful and informative. I came in to get new tires mounted and balanced and they checked if I needed an alignment. They checked everything and ended up didn’t need an alignment. Made me feel very secure and safe with my truck. Overall very happy with the Country Club team!!

Moved here from North Carolina, had my 1st oil change. They made Sure car is winterized for the winter. Put proper air in tires. Everyone was nice

A truly memorable experience. The deal from start to finish was seamless and very transparent. The delivery process was also five star. Not only did one of the owner of the store himself walk me through the ins and outs and truck, but I’m quite sure he was equally if not more excited about it than I was! Everyone I had an interaction with at Country Club was a class act. I live two hours away and made inquiries and had interactions with other stores. The hometown feel and the level of service at Country Club was unmatched and is so few and far between these days. It would seem impossible to duplicate this in the big stores.

Went for an oil change and when they found something wrong they explained it throughly. They took the time to talk out how I would know what to look for in the future.

The salesman I had, Brandon kept me informed about what was going on with my vehicle every step of the way. It was nice to be able to text him and get a quick response. I am Ford Person. Love Fords. However, I rode in a Silverado and I fell in love. and I bought a 2023 Silverado. I also have to say the salesman Ed, was fantastic. he knew his product and answered all my questions.
I did test drive 2 Fords, and the salesmans just did not know all the answers. one of the did not know that the transport mode was on and the vehicle would not go over 40 mhp. Love my Chevy Silverado. Thank you Ed.

Amanda was amazing and kept us informed along the way with changes and delays in the repairs. She was professional and considerate of my concerns and addressed them promptly! David Wilcox worked on my car. He was professional and I feel he went above and beyond to explain the repairs that were done, including returning all my belongings in the trunk to the exact same spot where he found them! He is also a genuinely nice guy and has compassion, which is sometimes lacking today. You are VERY lucky to have him working for you and I hope that this comment and our thanks gets passed onto him. This is exactly what we would have expected taking our vehicle to a dealership and give both of them an A+++++!

Test drive one day picked up vehicle 2 days later (our choice, they offered same day pick up but we needed 2 days). Overall extremely amazing process!! Totally satisfied!

I and my family have been Country Club Chevrolet customers for many years in both purchasing and maintenance. In this experience I purchased a new vehicle trading in my previous vehicle. The sales representative was very informative, knowledgeable and efficient in all aspects of the transaction. The manager was very nice and pleasant to talk with and the deal was fair. The financial representative was also very knowledgeable and kind. The entire staff was excellent. There is reason this dealership has been successful in the area for so long, great people on all levels and great deals!
