Just tried this place best place ever! If I could rate it 10 stars I would. Will definitely be going back. Amazing sushi great service and staff. Overall wonderful experience and amazing food.

We love the food. I enjoy the sushi, and I LOVE their Moo shu. Kids love the chow mein and rice. We haven't had a bad experience. They are always busy with to go orders but still are very attentive to making sure your orders gets out quickly.

Me and my family have eaten at this restaurant many times over the past couple years and the food is always delicious always fresh and hot and the owners are super friendly. This is our favorite Chinese restaurant and we go here all the time I haven't found any place better yet and I know Chinese food as my wife is chinese. Post

I've been eating at this place for the last 4 years I've lived in ridge which is right next to Middle Island and they're delivery service is amazing always get my food within a half an hour or less literally no complaints best Chinese food in the area

Been eating at Good Wok for 21 years. Food is fantastic!! Especially the wings & egg rolls & sushi,. it’s all so very delicious, I just named my favorites, ha! ..The entire staff is very friendly and warm , especially the young lady Shirly. She is the best!!! Her Husband too!! Only place I eat Chinese food in Middle Island. And I tried them all ! So if you are in mood for Chinese, go to Good Wok , It’s really Good!

Always had good experiences here, I take my girlfriend here every month for our anniversary since it was our first date and she really loved it. Everyone is always nice, bathrooms are always good/decent. My girlfriend is obsessed with the ribs and sesame chicken, I am obsessed with their cucumber rolls. Out of all the places we’ve been to, good wok is the only one that can always perfect their food. Super nice staff, clean place, love the fish, and it’s worth the long drive I have to make.

The lady was very pleasant and patient with helping me with my order for fish based meal! I am very pleased.

Good Wok Restaurant prepares delicious and flavorful food. Customer service was great. The restaurant was very clean with an excellent atmosphere. My order to go was at a perfect temperature when it was ready to be picked up and was prepared perfectly. The Good Wok in Middle Island is a combination of Chinese and Japanese cuisine. The menu offers lots of choices, and the food I've had here has always been first-rate. Although the food is (presumably) freshly prepared when ordered, the service is very fast. Although they offer delivery, the Good Wok is NOT a dumpy "take-out" place. The atmosphere is pleasant, with several dining tables and chairs, nice decor and relaxing soft music.

Some of the best Chinese food I have ever had, went in and got 2 sesame chicken combos with an extra eggroll. It came out to 22.30$ and took about 7-8 minutes. Will go to again and I do recommend!

Good Wok has the best Chinese food and Sushi in the area. It can get a little expensive, but it's always fresh and tasty, and the service is always great. No crab rangoons, though, but they do have something called a fried cheese wanton, which is close.

Excellent Hand Rolled Sushi and Fusion Dishes. Truly a pearl of a restaurant in Middle Island. Next time, we'll dine in instead of takeout.
