Kevin made sure to do everything I needed when it came to upgrading my phone. I never knew t mobile could offer such good deals and it all comes down to the employee ultimately. I’ve been to other t mobile locations where the employees only seemed to care about making a quick buck out of me and getting me out of the store. At this location I was treated with just the right amount of customer service and will recommend to anyone I know that has t mobile in the area

I went in the other night with my fiance looking to change phone carriers, Verizon to T-Mobile. Sam, the women who works here was extremely helpful! She walked me and my fiancé through all of the information that we needed to know. She made it seem like a welcoming experience. Everyone knows that getting a new phone and setting things up takes awhile and is a process. Sam made this experience so much better! We will definitely be coming back! This location is the place that I would recommend to others.

Keneth is the best help I’ve ever received at a t-mobile location. I’ve been a customer at T-mobile for many years and I’ve never had such a great customer service experience then with Keneth. I was due for my upgrade and I was trading in my phone he explained everything so well. For the first time I wasn’t confused at all about where my money was going. He gave me such a great deal and I was even able to buy my kids ipads at a discounted price. If you’re ever at this location definitely look out for him. He’s super talented and very dedicated to his job.

Came in to upgrade my phone with my mom, Mello was very patient with us, he made sure to give us all our options. We ended up leaving with two new iPhone 15s and two apple watches at a great price! Overall I loved my whole experience at this location.

Mello was our salesman. He was awesome, but Kevin and Victoria were great too! We loved how they worked together helping each other. Got a new phone plan at a great price!!

Samantha was Fantastic! I went in to transfer my device to the new iPhone 15 pro max and she was on it! Even to a point where I am giving T-mobile internet a try! So far so good! The customer service at this store is beyond 5 starts I would highly recommend you come here for any transaction. They are knowledgeable, Samantha saved the day for me!

Kevin provided excellent customer service and I’ll be returning to this t mobile for any inquiries. He made me feel truly welcome and makes me want to actually upgrade! Not pushy or trying too hard, keep up the good work!

I visited the middle Island ny tmobile store yesterday with my broken phone looking to get it fixed. I was so glad to have met the store mgr. Victoria who was extremely helpful and patient and pointed out and explained all my options. So, after careful consideration I left with 2 new phones for both my son and myself while my monthly bill decreased by $30! Victoria researched and found a discount that needed to be applied to my account as well as making sure that I was aware of tmobile s promotion to pay for Netflix every month! Victoria was very professional and I recommend anyone who needs a phone to stop in and ask for her. Victoria also is the reigning NY STATE SCREENPROTECTER CHAMPION !!

Great customer support from Romello , had a bad experience from T-Mobile and was on the verge of switching to different provider , romello helped me switch to a new plan with saving money and get 2 tablets , recommend this spot.

The whole team here was great to work with. I needed to add my girlfriend and her daughter to my account and port their numbers in from Verizon. I was clueless on how to do it. Some how, I ended up walking out with it done and a free tracking device for my cat. Roberto, Lionel, Crystal, were very helpful and the Manager Kathy brought it all home for me in the end.

I was part of the migration of Sprint to T-Mobile. I was so stressed to have to change my phone. I didn't want to lose anything. Well, headed to T-mobile in Middle Island. I walked into an amazing aroma...so the cleanliness was on point. I was greeted by an amazing group of representatives...Alyssa, Michael, Ryan, Kyle...all eager to assist even though it was for this Sprint stuff. I felt like I was amongst friends. Very personable and kind. Sprint customer service wasn't that good but this group of reps for T-Mobile, rocked!! They were so knowledgeable and patient. I will definitely be recommending this store, this company and these reps. Thanks for all the help! -

I don’t leave reviews very often, but the staff members were so helpful and lovely—a little life boat of humanity in the world of otherwise alienated commerce. (Not to mention in a nondescript strip mall that my teenage self spent more time in than I’d like to admit. Alas.) We switched our family plan and though it took a bit of time we felt taken care of. I expected it to be a very convoluted process, but instead it was quite simple. Great team, and especially thank you to Kathy!

Love the customer service! The girl Samantha and Kathy were really helpful and very nice helped me with my new phone I got a new phone and two tablets for even less than what I was paying before!!I'm so happy
