This was my first time going here. Now please don’t mistake me for complaint, because I’m not lol. Personally I think the prices were just a tad bit high, but what outweighs that was the “wow” factor of great customer service. The wait time was literally a few seconds and I was greeted with a smile. I didn’t know where anything was so naturally I asked and was directed to what I was looking for. I felt appreciated for patronizing this establishment and I definitely will return. Keep up the great work Gothic!!!

Love this place. Their pieces are very pricey, and that's really not necessary. However there small pieces are reasonably priced. Otherwise, the people are always nice and it's always a positive experience.

Has so many things to look at, admire, and purchase besides smoking products. Awesome glass and rubber pieces. Beautiful statues, lamps, knives, and incense and candles available.

Recently moved to the area and they didn't have my vape juice I was looking for on my first trip. A week later when I was back again they ordered it in for me. Can't beat that. Fair prices and for the smokers have a crazy selection. Will be back, about every two weeks or so.

The staff is always friendly !! The quality is great and they're always are willing to answer any random question I personally have.
