King Kullen

This is a well-kept supermarket. It is clean and organized. The staff is nice, and the checkout process is smooth. This location is in a plaza off Middle Island Rd with a decent amount of parking. The outside of the building is clean as well. I will visit again. Great work overall.

King Kullen is a store I grew up with. They tend to be a bit more expensive but it's worth it.

Had a really nice young man, Randy for my cashier. I got 3 cases of 24pk water for $9.99 with additional $25 purchase. It's a pretty good deal especially with summer coming.

King Kullen is a great supermarket! I love their cooked chicken. It tastes as wonderful as it smells. Their prices are good. The store is always well stocked and clean. The staff is great.

For the most and excellent place to shop at. Some items should be there. Overall prices are a tad high, but nice quality goods and services.

King Kullen in Middle Island is the food store I shop at. I will NOT buy meat in any other store. Their meat is always prepared on the premises. Yes, they might have a few things that come in pre-packaged but the majority of the food is done right there. The meat department workers are helpful and if you need a special order they help make it for you.
The deli although so many new faces they slice my cold cuts the exact way I ask them to. The only long-term person I'm familiar with is Phil. He always greets you with a smile.
The bakery well if I'm am going to continue to be honest is not bad. Although a couple of times I wasn't happy with something they rectified the problem. I know it's been years since they moved one of the best baker's George to another location in my opinion No one will ever be as good as him. 🤷‍♀
The cashiers are all pretty great. The new younger girls are so very nice. Always greet me by my name and are helpful and sweet. A few of the others that have been there forever are all great. I honestly never had a problem with any of the cashiers.
The Manager is always helpful if I need something and can't find it. Just let me say I pretty much only shop here.
The pharmacy I can't say one bad thing about. The two pharmacists James and Anne are the BEST!!! They are helpful and genuinely care about you. They are so very knowledgeable and answer all my questions and concerns. The only time I might go to another one is if they are closed and it's an emergency and I need the prescriptions right away. The girls that work the counter are friendly and nice. I highly recommend King Kullen pharmacy.
So there you have it King Kullen might be a little higher in prices on things but it's 5 minutes from my home and it is convenient for me. I 8i8can shop while I wait for my prescriptions. I know people don't like the prices sometimes but with the price of gas, it's easier to go there. To me, it's just about break-even.
Before I end I also would like to give a big thank you to the man that collects the carts in all kinds of weather. He always says hello and asks how we are. That man you might think he is a cart guy well remember he is the one out there in the heat rain snow wind hail etc.... He deserves recognition too. So say Hi and Thank You to him. Remember shop KING KULLEN!!

Local old fashion grocery store. A very enjoy able gem.
Surprising what you can find in side. When I can't find stuff at other places I look here.
Also love there Pharmacy, you get to speak to a real pharmacist...not a tech or assistant.
Also unlike a couple of other places i had to go to due to insurance , King Kullen gets the script right the first time. An also dos not lose Drs scripts ...which I did have happen at a different pharmacy I was forced to use !
Yes, I will pay extra to use King Kullen Pharmacy they are the best !!!

It may be a little more expensive than other supermarkets but to me it's worth it because the store is very clean and shelves well stocked and most of all the people who work there..Very friendly courteous and helpful..They feel like friends..

I love the bakery. Everything was displayed beautifully. Valentine’s Day was exceptional there. A large assortment and very appetizing to look at. Delicious

Good place to shop. Your best choices, like any supermarket, will be found in the early AM, obviously, but the selection and parking are abundant. I give the bakery and butchers kudos, but the seafood section could be better. The people in the store are always helpful, and there's an info window, Coinstar for dumping buckets of loose change, and an ATM. Cheers!

Picked up a little 5 inch black and white chocolate layer cake that was out of this world. It was so fresh and delicious. All the cakes there looked so good. I will buy all my cakes from this place. Thank you

King kullen prices are extremely high compared to other super markers. It is just convenient most of the time but i don't choose King kullen as my first option, that would be Stop and Shop. More reasonable, cleaner, more up to date.

Everyone that works in King Kullen is so very helpful and so very nice. The Grocery Store is always clean, stocked well, and it is an all around great place to do your shopping!

Middle island king kullen is the cleanest store in the area. Although King kullen is a little pricey it is well worth the visit and worth paying a bit more for the experience of friendly clean customer service
