I've had the privilege of being under the care of Dr. Benjamin for some time now, and I can't express how grateful I am to have her as my primary care physician. Her thoroughness and attention to detail in every aspect of my healthcare have consistently impressed me.

I was seen in the office by Dr. Pool. When I was called up to the office I was greeted and treated with kindness and respect. After getting back to the treatment room the nurse was very attentive. She took my vitals and went over my medication list. When she was finished she explained the doctor would be in shortly and left the room. When Dr. Pool came in he greeted me by name. As always he listened to me and discussed next steps in my care. I needed some blood work done and that also was a pleasant experience. Everyone in this office makes you feel like you are their only patient. They take time to listen to you and treat you like a person instead of a job. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Pool is the best.

Dr. Benjamin has been my physician for many years. I am very confident in the care that she has provided for me. The office staff as well as the Medical staff team are always very nice and courteous. Her office has maintained consistent professional care for my standard of treatment.

Dr. Benjamin is very thorough and knowledgeable. It is just as important to me that she is also kind and tells you what you need to hear. She can readily treat/screen for so many conditions but refers to a specialist when needed. I ask numerous questions each visit; she is well read and current on medical research/information so she can always give me answers. I trust her completely to make the right decisions and order the right tests for me when deciding my care plan. That is not an easy thing for me to do.

Dr. Jay Martin has been my family's physician for 15 years. In that time he has always shown genuine concern for our well being. His demeanor is consistently friendly and personable as he provides whatever time you need to address issues. We are blessed to have him in our lives.

Professional, friendly, competent and patient focused. Doctors are excellent. I have never felt rushed during a visit. Doctor listens, and helps you understand any issues that may be of concern and prescribes effective treatments. I also appreciate that the practice does not seem to overbook and almost always the patient is seen at the appointment time.

From top to bottom, these are great people. The doctors, nurses and staff have one mission, to take good care of their patients. And I am really happy to recommend them. When I had a health scare, they got me right in, when I had yet another annoying sinus infection--they were just as quick to take care of me. I have run into some timing problems, but the crew here is always working to improve, and I have been a very happy patient of Dr. Pool's for years. I wouldn't trade him or any of the staff or nurses for anyone.

Dr. Benjamin is a wonderful, caring doctor that never rushes you or makes your concerns seem unimportant. She has been our family doctor for several years.
