Runion Dental Group at Mill Run

my initial visit and consultation went wonderful. they were all very professional. they answered all mu questions and concerns thoroughly. they explained all the steps so i would understand all that was happening and all that i should expect. i would highly recomend this place. went through the surgery and got my resin temporary teeth. even though i am not done with the procedure i feel and look a 100 percent better.

Dr Runion and Stephanie are my favorites! They both are super nice, take their time, access and listen to your wants and needs, make you feel so comfortable with not only them but their work, they are reliable, pay attention to detail, and dont just push you in and out and treat you like just another patient. Their work is awesome too! Ive been to places where your talked about behind your back, got the bare min treatment, and didnt have quality work but these two, are not that way! If i was gonna recommend anyone, it would be these two!

I am one happy customer, since had the dental work complete. This has changed my life in sense of smiling and talking as i love to do.

Every member of the staff at Runion has been professional and friendly during my appointments. My most recent appointment was with Tracey who did an excellent insertion of a new upper appliance and checked in regularly on my comfort level as she worked.

I had an appointment with Jasmine, an assistant for Dr Runion. She did a very good job of explaining what she was doing and why. She also answered other questions I had about possible procedures. Friendly and professional.

Excellent, from the beginning. My anxiety and fear was extreme leading up to the procedure, but on a scale of 1-10 maybe a 3 as far as pain was as bad as it got. Dr. Runion and the entire staff have been extremely professional and yet personal throughout the process. HIGHLY recommend!

Dr.Runion is wonderful. He takes the time to listen to you and your concerns and the office staff is beyond amazing! If you’re thinking of implants. I urge you go see Dr.Runion you will be in good hands.

I had a follow up visit from having implant surgery in November. So far I am very impressed with all of my treatment. I went to another dental practice with not having great results. I am more than pleased with my results from Runion Dental Group. I even recommended a friend to the practice. Staff is amazing, knowledgeable and friendly (specially Stephanie). I highly recommend them.

Everyone in the office was always extremely nice and would always get me in right away if a problem came up! They always took the time to explain the procedures to me!

I'm a very difficult case (dentally and financially) ... and Dr. Runion has been *more* than patient and understanding. There were times when I was very upset ... but in the end, I was always (eventually) heard and dealt with fairly! These are people! They have bad days and make mistakes just like everyone else! Be willing to always return to the [bargaining] table, and my experience has shown that things *will* work out!

My visit at Runion Dental Group was nothing less than expected; warm greeting when I walked in, I was kept informed of steps they were taking throughout my visit, and everything was done with timeless. What can I say about Dr. Runion other than this guy knows his stuff! He was clear in his explanations, and he responded to my questions with patience. I trust this dentist!

As soon as you walk through the door you transition into a serene happy place... They take care of business professionally.... And you leave a very happy client. Prior to this specialty office, I'd never wanted to go in a dental office for any services yet did so twice a year.... But with great tension and anxiety. I do not have tension and anxiety with Dr. Runion and his team!

I went in this week for a follow up treatment. I had dental implants probably two years ago. I continue to be happy with their overall monitoring and continued treatment. You don’t leave their office in one visit and they forget you they are in it for the long-haul with you. After going to several other dental places and people being rude, snarky, or overpriced, I walked in Runion and felt total opposite. The comfort, peace of mind, friendly, devoted service i recieved made it so much easier to decide. I was so nervous and afraid to take the next step but each person devoted their time to make you feel at ease and made sure any and all questions you had were answered before leaving also giving you time to let it all sink in. As far as price, not only are they affordable and offer phase pricing, but they also help you thru the breakdowns of each phase making it understandable and give you options to finance if needed. Oh, and theres no 3-6 month wait to get it done. After going to several places feeling defeated, ive finally found my perfect fit! Cant wait to start my journey.
