Very personable handled everything in a timely manner understood that this is a sensitive time for our families took pictures of our flowers as well as attached the notes to them which was very nice, florist choice flowers were made available straight from billow’s website, which was also very nice definitely would refer them. Thank you again for handling our families passing/celebration of life.

Shortly after learning my father had just passed, we reached out to Billows. They immediately took action and were outstanding to work with. During that process they learned my dad was a WWII Veteran and let us know about the Rittman Memorial Cemetery for veterans. Billows made all the arrangements to get him in. They even knew that my mom could go in the wall with my father! We couldn’t have been more pleased to have them together again. It turned out to be one of the greatest days of my life.❤ It was an experience I will never forget. We can’t thank Billows and all their amazing staff enough, for how well they took care of us. They are first class! 🇺🇸

Our family has used Billow Funeral Home in Fairlawn for over 60 years. Even though I had no doubt who would be handling the funeral for my sister, my trust was well placed. The level of care, compassion, and professionalism shown by the staff at Billow is unmatched. Nathaniel and Alexa handled every detail, including communicating with the cemetery to find the grave deed in their archives. All the while, they took the time to make sure that I completely understood every detail though my fog of grief, and genuinely enjoyed listening to stories of my departed loved one.

We recently had my aunt’s funeral at Billows and were so comforted by knowing that we were in such good hands. Everything was beautiful and the planning was so smooth, as Nathaniel helped us through the process with his experience, compassion, and sincerity. He was able to provide us with the gift of being present in the moment, as he concerned himself with all of the details and made sure the funeral was all that we wanted it to be. We are grateful for Billows and highly recommend.

We were taken care of from the moment we walked through the door. We made arrangements a few days before our mother passed. Everything was explained thoroughly, nothing was rushed. When mom passed, Billows gave us time to spend with her. She was treated with kindness, respect and dignity. I could not have asked for more. They handled it all!

The staff was so friendly. Bryan and Caitlin went above and beyond to make sure we had all of our mother’s last wishes met for her service and they were extremely compassionate and have continued to check up on us in the following months. I would very strongly recommend Billow for anyone having to deal with such a hard time in their life.

My mother recently passed away. Previously, she attended a funeral at the Billows Funeral Home. She was so impressed she prepaid her funeral with them. I can tell you she was right. They were absolutely wonderful. Attentive to every detail and very kind as we planned and carried out my mother's wishes. My family and I were quite impressed with the professionalism and good service provided for the funeral of our mother Martha Jo Carey Everything went off without any sort of problem A complication was that Mom was to be buried in Fort Wayne, Indiana next to her husband at Greenlawn Cemetery which they managed quite nicely!

I gave 5 stars because 6 stars was not available. My Mother's death was devastating but the staff at Billows handled every step with grace , sensitivity and professionalism . The facility was beautiful which was fitting for my beautiful mother. The staff at Billows helped us navigate through unchartered waters and were patient and helpful along the way . Additionally I want to also thank Billows for arranging a meeting with Kevin O'Brien who wrote my mom's eulogy. It properly represented who my mom was and meant to people. I don't think there is a person on the planet who could have done a better job writing and delivering my Mom's eulogy.
The whole family was pleased and we had so many friends and family ask us how we found out about Billows and Kevin. They made a difficult day beautiful in a way .

The staff was very kind and compassionate during a very difficult time. There was absolutely no pressure in sales to upgrade or to upsell. What we had to have was presented broken down into an itemized list and then we were able to decide what we wanted to do. I highly recommend Billows Funeral Home and their staff.

My husband's funeral was at Billows last fall. We went there because his parents had gone there too many years ago. The employees were calm and friendly and moved at our pace,which was conforting. We picked the casket and other items and were not pressured into higher prices or unecessary purchases. The funeral was lovely and our family and friends were made comfortable by the staff. I would highly recommend Billows Funeral Home to help make a sad and difficult situation better. 5 stars!

At such an unfortunate time of a person's life, the passing of a loved one, in my case it was my mom everything comes at you like a blur. Now that I've had some time to reflect I wouldn't trust anyone else. Billows Funeral Home (Alexa) was there for me/with me every step of the way, and then some. There was nothing pre-arranged yet one phone call at 4am and they took care of EVERYTHING. They genuinely cared that I was OK and it was such a relief knowing they were there. THANK YOU !!!
