Ashley Store

Ashley was an overall great experience. Not only was the store organized well to make browsing easy after being greeted warmly at the door- the sales manager Sage made making a purchase pleasant and beyond simple. She was so patient, helpful, and overall awesome. Will definitely be back for future needs!

I was very impressed with the selection of sectionals, and Sage really personalized our experience and was very helpful in every way. I will definitely come back in the future. I had gone to a different furniture store earlier today, and was not thrilled at all with the experience in terms of salesmen and selection of sectionals. Sage and Ashley Furniture are the way to go!

Dave was awesome. He’s been a client of mine for some years now and told me to reach out to him if I ever needed any furniture so that’s exactly what I did, man I wasn’t disappointed. Like most buyers I was all over the place and changed my mind 1000 times on what I wanted. Dave was patient, understanding, respectful of my needs and pointed me in the right direction with every piece of furniture I selected. He guided me through the sales process with no pressure and let me go back and fourth with pieces I was unsure of. Not to mention he got me the best price you could ever get when it came down to purchasing. I can’t recommend this guy enough, he’s really good at his job and knows how to make you feel welcomed and understood. Greeted me at the door, offered me water and some snacks and let me decide what I wanted to do. Dave you’re the man! I appreciate everything you did for me making this process quick and easy.

A very positive experience. Stephanie was so helpful, and nice. Answering all my questions in choosing a bed, and taking the time with me. Very informative. Never felt pressured. I would choose Ashley again. My only regret is that I didn’t get any wall art. Lol

Brendan was very helpful. He welcomed us as we entered the store, answered all our questions & helped us sort through our options. We didn’t intend to make a purchase when we first arrived, just scouting for a future purchase. Brendan was the difference maker, so we closed the deal and feel good about it. Hopefully the couch and loveseat will arrive as expected without complications.

Very comfortable couches and good looking furniture, the service was also great. Dave was attentive but not pushy like a lot of salesman and let us take our time to decide on what we wanted. Prices are a bit high but that's to be expected from any furniture store. Overall a good experience and delivery was quick and easy.

Dave did an amazing job as my furniture representative. He guided me to all the best deals with quality in mind. He is the example of what a sales rep does to go above and beyond in order to earn someone's business! Will definitely be sending this store more business in the future!

Isaiah was incredibly polite, respectful, knowledgeable, and professional. His first recommendation was what I asked for, indicating he listened to what I was looking for. Store was clean and presentable.

Had a great experience buying a sectional from this store recently. The salesman was very personable and willing to work with what I wanted, the budget and delivery. The manager was also very easy to work with and did everything they could to earn my business. Highly recommended!

Stopped in late one night for a couch and recliner to complete an office remodel. Worked with a super fun gal who spells her name wrong, “Kait”. She listened to my needs and directed me to the perfect furniture for my room. I will definitely return for more.

Isaiah at Fairlawn Ashley made our couch buying process quick and easy. I was easily able to find what I was looking for and Isaiah got us a great deal (below tag price) including delivery! Couch was delivered in about 2 weeks and arrived in perfect condition. The delivery men were in and out in less than 15 minutes and were friendly. Would recommend

What an experience! I have never shopped at Ashley Furniture before but will make this my first stop for future purchases. Kait was our salesperson and was very knowledgeable of products on the floor. I went in looking for dining room chairs with my daughter and we BOTH walked out with purchases! No pressure on sales. You just don’t know what you need until you see it! Kait’s friendly personality was a pleasure to do business with. I felt like I’ve made a new friend and will definitely ask for Kait as our salesperson the next time we’re in the store!
