Lucky Shoes has been nothing but amazing for me! I bought my first pair of shoes from their store 1 year ago and have gone back to buy several other pairs! The staff is always very helpful and friendly, and makes sure that you are getting shoes that are the best fit for you! I love how honest they are about the shoe industry! Yes, most of their shoes are $$$, but it is worth the investment, especially if you have trouble finding shoes that are comfortable to stand in all day! As long as I can do so, I will continue to purchase shoes from them! Thank you, Lucky Shoes!!

Shattered my ankle and it is always quite swollen and painful. Walked in to lucky Fairlawn and explained I needed something supportive that still looked nice. Gentleman said I know just the thing. He brought back a pair of ankle boots. Black, weatherproof but not too clunky. Wide opening that folds in and fastens with Velcro. And he recognized due to swelling I needed wider fit. They are so comfortable and supportive I wear nothing else. The only place I will go now.

Very nice, professionally staffed shoe store. Not your run of the mill, cheap quality chain store. Quality product and knowledge at fair prices. Mate Kovacs is the best. Spends time with you. Properly fits you. Always has a joke or story and he actually helped cure my plantar faciitis. Came back a second time with my fiance and he treated her the same. From what I seen as I walked around, I don't think you can go wrong with any sales associate at Lucky.

Not only do my feet feel fantastic, the whole experience was great. Mate Kovacs really knows his stuff, and he has some good jokes too! All of the staff were very nice, and helpful. I will definitely be going back soon. Thank you so much!

I've come here a few times previously, this is the only place my father comes to get his shoes. It's honestly amazing, Michael is such a nice guy and willing to get you the shoe that is best for you. Even if you have to wait for assistance, trust me it's so worth it. Better than Walmart, or Kohl's, or really anywhere else

I bought my 2nd pair of shoes today from Lucky Shoes and my salesman was Mate Kovacs. He was my salesman when I bought my first pair in February 2023. I kept his card because he treated me so well on my first visit to the store and I knew then that I wanted him to be my sales guy. My experience today was enjoyable. Mate is friendly, knowledgeable and knows his product well. He’s a great representative for Lucky shoes and has a great reputation. I’ve recommended Mate to family and friends and they all were pleased doing business with him. Ask for Mate Kovacs when you’re at Lucky Shoes. You’ll be glad you did

Great, REAL shoe store with knowledgeable staff to help you fit your shoes properly and choose a style that's suited to your arch, pronation, whatever the case may be.

First time customer. Better than any other shoe store I've been to so far. Good selection, and guy helped me get fitted. Only time will tell if the shoe itself is high quality but I've got high hopes

Lucky Shoes is great! It’s hard to shop for shoes because my feet are wide, but I was able to find shoes (on sale no less!) and so far, they’re awesome. This is my second time going to this store. I went last year when I bought my first pair. They lasted for about a little over a year. I’ve basically worn them out due to frequent use. I don’t remember the sales associate but he was great and that’s why I returned. I had a very positive experience!

I especially want to point out Jordan, who was very attentive and kind. She was amazing! I definitely recommend going here, especially if you have wide feet like myself and have a hard time finding shoes!

My daughter is in track and me and my wife are 5k runners. This is the place we buy most of our running shoes for our family.
We arrived 15 minutes before they were closing to buy daughter some running shoes and they took care of us very well, we never felt like they were rushing us out the door, like other stores sometimes might make you feel.

In this time of shortages, Lucky Shoes had the New Balance shoes I needed and could find them no place else - on line or in my local (NC) stores. Even the New Balance warehouse didn't have them. Fortunate for me Lucky Shoes had them and I so appreciate it. Ordered online and they shipped free to me. Thank you for the Great Service!

One of the last shoe stores where customers are waited on foot and foot! They make sure you are personally and professionally served so that you can put your best feet forward! They measure both feet and then help you get the best shoes for whatever you are buying them for....walking, running, hiking, dress or casual. Very pleased with the personal service we received. Charolette was very knowledgeable about the shoes we were particularly interested in.

Top notch customer service!!! I placed an order online & called their corporate office to confirm it would actually be shipped Usps priority as I selected. Teigen was amazing! She actually called me back and reassured me that she’d make sure it was shipped properly. It was shipped same day even! So impressed with this level of customer service as it’s rare to find these days. I love supporting small businesses and feel confident in ordering from this business again!

I went to four different stores trying to find the right shoes for a special occasion. I told her what I was looking for and loved the first pair she brought me. They didn't have the size I needed in the color I wanted and they ordered them from another store. The price is higher than some stores, but you get what you pay for - both in customer service and in quality shoes! Next time this will be the first store I visit!
