Little slice of heaven. Have been taking Lanie's class for 20 years. She is the most intuitive instructor. Everything about her practice is perfection. Her voice, her words, the music, and the movement. Tell your friends....

My in-laws live in Avon Lake. Over the holiday weekend I was wanting a little yoga break, and was so pleased that there was a studio only 5-minutes away. The "Warm Powerful Yoga" class was perfect! I left sweaty, stretched, relaxed and ready for the day ahead. (I especially loved the option for hands-on adjustments). I'll be back on future trips!

So grateful for the opening of this studio!! Lanie McManis is amazing and so are all the other teachers! Juli’s 8am Yoga Sculpt on Friday, Wed eve Centered class with Megan and Tiffany’s 9am Warm Power class are my mains then I fill in anywhere else I can.
It’s a great environment without judgement or obnoxious gossip like some of the other studios in town.
You won’t be disappointed!!!

Avon Lake Yoga is my go to spot when I want to channel my inner Roy Kent. Saturdays and Tuesdays hot power classes and the occasional other evenings for slow flow
